There was a combination lock on the uhaul & I was not aware of it as I went to Home Depot to pick up my stuff I notice it was lock so I called the uhaul place but they were closed so I poroceeded to call the help desk I was on hold for over an hour unfortunately Home Depot was closing so I had no choice but to bring back the uhaul cuz I was no longer able to use it so far it's been 2 days & I haven't gotten a refund back I was never able to use the uhaul horrRYAN L.

Had. Low tire when picked up. Tire ended up going flat about half way to the destination which I had a time frame I had to meet and of course I didn't make it and no one could make it to help me in time. I ended up not getting the job done and wasted money and lost money because of this and not only that got charged a ridiculous amount for not sure what all plus had to pay for some charge from years ago that I don't believe was legitimate eitherDow G.
