The engine ran a bit rough but may have been cold. The exhaust was smelly. The windshield has a chip and crack with changing cold and warm weather. The gas was 119 miles to empty (just over 1/4 tank) The truck leaked in the rain and boxes in the attic and on the back right got wet.

KRINDA TUNNELLI didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that checked out the uhaul for me but I wish I did. He was so very helpful despite being extremely busy juggling so many people at once. I don’t often meet people that maintain composure under pressure. I would highly recommend this particular location for that reason. Thank you kind sir!

Had to loose a day, full tank of gas and then be caught in snow because first truck failed, dead battery, and engine warning. Second truck had no fuel, coffee cuts and trash behind and around seats.
Kenneth HuffBeware of these guys. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WORD. Take before photos of EVERYTHING before they touch it. Rented a U-haul (with insurance) that was serviceable enough. A yellow flag is that they waited until after I left the lot to request state of vehicle check completion, but the insurance rendered that moot. The problems came when I contacted them about moving assistance with a 3'x6' desk I couldn't safely move up stairs with my friends. They did not refer/schedule me to the U-haul moving assistance (as I would later find out) but did set up an appointment. The two men that showed up were visibly fatigued (it was a later call in the day) but I figured that wouldn't be an issue as they had the 1 hour minimum to get the desk in and upstairs. The two men needed to have the carrying straps I had available for their use pointed out and explained before they would consider them. Then the real problems started. Walking down the ramp, the bottom guy missteps off the ramp in the last 2 ft of ramp. He recovers without injury, but they drop the top of the desk on the ramp! This leaves a mark on the desk and finish from the desk on the ramp. After some work on the stairs, they declare the desk cannot go up them. I am disappointed, but resigned to the facts of geometry. They then go to place the desk back in the U-Haul. They had been taking frequent breaks to rest, as it was a heavy desk. The worst was just to come. They loaded the desk on the U-Haul feet on the ground and then proceed to slide it into the corner! They offered no charge and left. When I went in to confirm the damage from the ramp drop, I discovered that their sliding had ripped a foot out of the desk side causing significant damage to the structure. When I called the location to complain and seek recompense. The owner denied all responsibility. Claiming his people would not act as I had described and suggesting the damage was pre-existing from when the desk was loaded. When I went to escalate to U-Haul corporate is when I learned that the moving assistance was never properly scheduled through U-Haul. This coupled with the no charge offer left me with no paper trail showing their involvement.

John AndersonThe issue was not the location. the issue was that Uhaul’s system was down at pick up. As someone who works in a field providing high-availability IT services, this was absurd. Uhaul clearly does not value the time of their customers.
David RalstonI have been coming to this location for over ten years and have rented dozens of trucks. The staff has always been wonderful and Patrick always gives me the best deals in town. This time however was my worst experience ever. The old GMC truck I was given was literally falling apart during my trip and desperately needs to be retired. The last section of road (only a few miles) was dirt road with a little washboard but not that bad really. The truck shocks were gone and was rattling so bad it sounded like parts were falling off of it. At one point I heard a loud grinding sound followed by a loud metallic snap. I was thoroughly amazed that I made it all the way home. It also had the worst gas milage ever, maybe 4mpg average. The next truck (Ford 550) I got a few days later did the same trip with less than half the gas, over 8mpg. I will never again accept an older gmc model truck.

Jon AndersonThe location served me well. The U-Haul needs improvement. It didn’t allow me to check-in online and the checkout process was frustrating. The application glitched out and terminated the checkout before providing a confirmation. Thankfully, a help center rep finished the process.
