Location was poorly signaled. Hard to know where to park and drop keys

The front desk representative, Antonio was extremely aggressive. I was berated and belittled because I asked for help understanding a process he hadn't made clear. He wasn't wearing a mask and threatened to cancel my rental twice during the whole ordeal. I had to call the on call support person to be a witness for him to calm down. He shouldn't be working with people, he's easily angered and aggressive.

They charged me for 3 gallons of gas when I made sure I bought gas. And it was accurate because I made sure to take a picture. Thieves.

The location is in a warehouse area and the signage was not prominent that this was a U-Haul location. However, the man who works at the location (and lives across the street), and his computer person who helped me by phone, were extremely friendly and helpful. When we brought the truck back (before closing time), there was no one around to help with the check-in, and there were problems with the on-line check-in. However, I texted the computer person and she got in touch with me the next day and was able to work out the problem. The location was handy to my home, but I may go to a larger location next time with more onsite personnel to assist me.
