The location was great, staff was very accommodating. Only issue really was the rental had a front end shake at about 90 kilometres per hr
SHAYNE LThe gentleman was great. courteous & helpful. Trailer was dirty inside & out, and layered with inches of gravel on the wheel covers like it had been down FSR roads. Some of the wiring was rubbed down/worn looking but they worked so I didn't question it. Otherwise the trailer served its purpose & move went well.
Tera BThe man was gruff and condescending to my high pitch phone voice after a long three days of preparing for my move and finalizing it, it was not a welcomed tone. He arbitrarily quite earlier then his posted Google hours and did not do a thorough sweep of the whole vehicle to realize I left a bunch of straps in the cab.

Sophie DThe location seemed really sketchy. Dirty old auto wreckers. Did not feel comfortable. The man helping was nice, but felt sketchy leaving my car there overnight. The gas pipe had a hole in it, so I couldn’t fill up or return the truck.

William CJust what avfirst rate experience should be , the pickup service in Port Alberni was an amazingly simple procedure with the person assisting us was outstanding . The truck was clean and perfect . Never driven a 26 feet long moving truck but this one was extraordinary drives like a large car don't be afraid to rent this size in about 10 minutes time you will be comfortable driving it . After driving 1350 km the return was just as simple and the person in the Dawson Creek U-Haul was just as nice and helpful as everyone at U-Haul extremely happy with U-Haul and highly recommended 5 star all the way

LESLIE WThe vehicle was late getting back. All told it put us back by 1/2 hour. Not too sure this was his fault though.Owner of Twin City's had trouble with check in, it appeared as if the program had trouble loading the information. Steering wheel was dirty. The owner was personable though. It's a shame the location wasn't better. If it had been raining it would have been a muddy experience. I prefer the A-1 location on Redford.
