Ensure that if trucks need to be fueled to 1/4 when they are returned, that the truck is dispatched at 1/4 minimum. Ensure staff are aware of company policies and procedures. Ensure vehicles are clean before rented out. Ensure receipts sent to customers are accurate.

My only comment is about the U Haul application (on iPhone) I was not able to complete the return procedure as the pictures of the vehicle did not "show up" when using the app. I took the first picture, moved to second picture and first picture would "disappear". This happened a few times, then the app stopped working. When I went back in to the app, it would not let me back in to the return equipment section (nothing to return) Thanks Jim

James WApp is bunk at explaining pricing, wont show you the full price of the vehicle and trip. Left the truck with less miles than expected and with more gas in the tank and was still charged 50$ extra for the van without an explanation on the bill.

Christopher BOwner expected the customer to return uhaul trailer in an exact spot after hours, yet left inadequate room on their cramped lot to do so. Then he actually charged me a $15 cleaning fee because they had to use their dolly to put it in place because the spot they assigned was too tight for truck and trailer. Twiggs is down the block and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve told the staff multiple times their spot is inadequate for a full sized truck to back into, but the boss over there just can’t accept he is wrong.

Tim KIt was the hottest most humid day of the year and the truck I had did not have working AC. It was torture. Should get a partial refund having to suffer for over 100 miles of driving.
Christopher BThe staff was very rude from our arrival. The person responsible for processing our reservation was visibly annoyed that I was there to rent a trailer from him. Once outside, he proceeded to stand next to me and smoke a cigarette blowing smoke all over me. When we were having difficulty hooking up the trailer, he was rolling his eyes and just making annoyed sounds. Very poor customer service. The equipment itself was well maintained and in good condition. The equipment rented was perfect for what we needed and had no issues with its functionality. Upon returning the trailer, it was parked next to another trailer on the side of the building where we first hooked up from. My friend who had let me borrow his truck had to leave to attend to another commitment, leaving me alone to confirm the return of the trailer with the staff. I went inside and another employee was upset with me that I returned the trailer in a different parking spot (one spot over) than where I had rented it from. I informed him that my truck was no longer here, and he was frustrated. I asked him if he needed anything else from me and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away from me. Minutes later I received my bill for a $15 "cleaning fee" (the trailer was returned in perfect condition, after being assessed by the employee and communicated to me). I called customer service and they noted I was charged the cleaning fee because the employee was upset the trailer was parked in a different parking spot. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend renting from this location, due to MULTIPLE rude employees and their attempts at stealing money from me.
