This rating is for U-Haul, not Turners Auto Service. Turners Auto Service was excellent. U-Haul, on the other had, is receiving a poor rating. This is the second time within a two week period the venue for pick up was changed. Twice our company has made reservations to pick up a vehicle at a specific location, and twice the pick up location was changed the day prior to the pick up. That is unacceptable. When a reservation is made for a specific location, the reservation for that location must be honored.

tomeko jonesTruck was very noisy. Also, it wasn't clear I needed to return the truck with a quarter tank instead of eighth which was the way I received it. Also the $4 mileage charge seemed petty. I had to go about 4 miles to pick up an item before heading to my destination. Then "I " found a location local return the truck. If I had followed your system's original selection, I would have had to back track about 30 miles resulting in more mileage charges.
Bobby OakleyWe were not told this was a "digital" pick up and there was no wifi around as directed. We had to make two calls to get the code. We will be filing a request to refund $100 because the vehicle automatically locked itself with the keys inside...this was not operator error. This was the vehicle locking itself with keys inside. We had to call a locksmith.
Bridget GutzmerRented the truck at 5:30 thus 2 days expires at 5:30. I was charged an after hours fee when I dropped the truck off before 5:30. If your location cannot fulfill the contract you can't charge me.
Jacqueline WilsonThe store I was given to return the truck to was way out of the way .. it would have been closer to return it back to Richmond and I had a problem paying online due to Uhaul system .. was suppose to pick up at 6:00am and due to the issue I didn’t get the truck until 9:00am come to find out it was the Uhaul system. The associate in the store had the same problem and then it went through.

Waited in on hold for 30+min for someone to tell me they were sorry and I would hear from someone today- today I was told it would take 3-5 days - brutal- i needed a truck with a ramp for less than 1 hr got stuck in the rain cause it wasn’t ready- got chastised by a lady on the phone for the fact that it wasn’t ready and the. Accused of not retuning it - brutal system

This location seems like they do what they can to tack on extra fees not justifying them even though you use the app for proof with the mobile check in.

Dongyu HuI did order two dollies. They somehow did not see that on my order and were not available. The person was courteous, did take responsibility and tried to find another location that would furnish the dollies. He sent me to the 4511 Broad Street store. They were frankly rude, unhelpful, and I dropped the request altogether. I would not send anyone to that store.
