Teffany KBecause of the tread coming off and whipping the fender, the wire to a light got broke. She took notes of what was needed to fix it and was going to get on it. Very friendly lady. No problems there.

Timothy SThe woman working the office was very rude. I didn’t realize that the uhaul location was closed on Monday June 19. I reserved the truck online and spoke to a uhaul rep over the phone prior. I also reserved a dolly. When I arrived at the location for pick up a lady in the parking lot yelled they were closed. I responded I was there to pick up the truck. She said I needed a uhaul app. I responded I wasn’t aware of that. So she stomped over and yelled at me that it was her day off but she guessed she’d help me anyway. We went into the office and she was angry because her computer wouldn’t work and continued to make it known I was an inconvenience. She then said I wasn’t getting a dolly. I said I requested one and she said too bad! So I said forget it I was just going to leave! She told me not to yell at her! Which I did not…,I spoke firm to her. So she said she had a dolly in a different truck that she would give me. We went out to the truck and she went to remove the dolly that was zip tied. It pinched her finger and she got angry and threw the dolly sideways at me! My daughter was witness to this! I was shocked! I took the truck which was dirty and it drove really hard! We completed our move and I returned the truck on July 20. Once again she was extremely rude and had awful customer service! It’s too bad people treat customers with such rude behavior and get away with it!

MARY SEmployee came right out, handled the unhook (even though my husband was doing it) and promptly put trailer on a stand. Told us we could wait in the car as it was snowing and cold while she finished up. Then she came to the window showing me we were all good and zero balance! Great service!!

Pam BMy poor experience with Uhaul has nothing to do with the locations but with roadside assistance and the inability to access management. The failure of the transmission in the truck was handled very badly. The blame appears to fall squarely on this corporations management whom hide behind their employees and refuse to speak with their customers with service concerns.
Lynn THow can you improve on perfection in Liberal KS? She was AMAZING! If I had a company and had her working for me, every night would be a peaceful sleep. You should give her a raise! She was a perfect Angel. AND the woman that took my order in Hugoton was ALSO amazing! I LOVE UHAUL!
