The person in the shop said that U-Haul was closed for the weekend, even though it says it is a 24 hour location. They told me to leave the U-Haul there. and on Monday they would check it in. I dropped it off on Saturday afternoon and hoped for the best. Well, it turned out okay.

I was told to pick up a truck that was about 50 miles from my house. I was driving to the location and the person from there called when i was about 2 miles away and said u-haul had reserved me a truck that wasn't there. Back to the drawing board. So, i called the 800 number, they sent me to another location that was 10 more miles further up the road. Finally got a truck. There was supposed to be 3/8 of a tank of fuel. There was only 1/4. I was moving to another state, the first stop wasn't at my house to start loading, it was at a gas station to get gas, so that I could get to my house. Get loaded and get to the other state, unload and call u-haul to find out my drop-off location. They sent me to a place that hasn't been set up to do drop offs yet. Again, more driving.The place where i dropped the truck off were very nice and apologized for all of the trouble that i had been through with this truck.

The trailer leaked so, some of muy things got tely wet due to the rain. The shop was a bit cluttered but the man was very friendly.

Manager quickly processed return, said he would take care of sweeping out the truck. Truck apparently had a bad tire--considerable vibration at all speeds. Manager said he would hold it out of service until problem was solved.

Location was not in the best area of town building and lot in disrepair. Truck interior was dirty at pick up. We were told “sorry it’s not cleaner, but it’s been cold and we didn’t want to wipe things down and have it freeze”.

Everything was great, only thing when I picked up truck it was blocked by a trailer and had to ask a patron to help me move it. Gentleman when I turned in was very nice and helpful.

Nothing everything went like clockwork

The station was dirty and gross and the man was unfriendly with dip in his mouth. They did not walk around the truck just put my dolly and pads In. Then said check the mileage and said good luck.

To improve for the next customer at this location you all could have the right equipment that is reserved for the customer and not mess up the paperwork because I was using the cargo trailer for an in town move and it had me dropping off in another state... then I had to call 2 separate numbers just to ensure we didn't accrue more charges for their mess up...

I was picking up a truck and a car dolly and was told when I reserved I could leave the dolly and pack and return once the truck was full. This location does not allow for that type of service.

i was there on july 2nd at 930 waiting for t's market to open to return the uhaul rental, went in at 10 and returned truck. About an hour later, I received mssg from my bank stating uhaul took an addition al $45 from my account. so i called and was told i was charged an additional day because i did not return by 9am. that was the original aggreement i wanted but uhaul made us wait till 10 to pick up and told us 10 to drop off, ts market uhaul rep, stated he would refund my $45.00 charge and here I am july 6th still waiting, can you please tell me when i will receive my refund for overcharging me
