This was not the location that I requested for picking up the equipment. I’m not sure why you even ask where we want to pickup, since my experience is that you always send me to a different location.

Manager attempted to overcharge me for gas. Tried to charge me for 4 gallons +/- when I had only driven 16 miles. Fortunately I had taken a picture of the gas tank meter and was able to dispute charge but she made it more difficult then needed since the mileage usage was clear, 16 miles. She then asked if I had taken a picture of the gas tank meter... It shouldn't have played out that way.

I needed a trailer quickly as my Husbands motorcycle broke down on the side of the freeway. The folks there were very helpful and hooked up the trailer and got me on my way very quickly! They were lifesavers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
