Sad considering I’ve rented with U-Haul 3 times before this last rental but wasn’t explained the full rental agreements when picking up and then being charged more in returning when I could have explored my options more carefully before renting begin with. I will consider the competition ( Penske ) more in future rental and I will be renting again but not likely to use U-Haul

VEDA GambleGreat service by the two knowledgeable men at the drop-off desk. The truck worked well, except for the front end / steering which vaguely wallowed on big bumps and pavement rollers. Shock absorbers? The truck also needs new windshield wiper blades.

JASON JORDANThis was the best experience ever. We were walking around the parking lot to see where we should park, a man in his car that wasn’t even supposed to be at work yet offered to help us. He stayed with us helping with the online check out. We had gone over our total mileage. he explained the additional charge, told us how much, guided us through the process to complete our drop off. I received my receipt for the rental in an email. I don’t know his name but he exemplified excellent customer service. Great job on hiring him True Value in Oakbrook. I will be back.

Abdul-Hafiz El-EtrThe online “check-in” procedure was confusing and seemingly unnecessary. Otherwise, the reservation process, pick-up of trailer and return of same went very smoothly. The staff person hitched up the trailer for me and pointed out the connections for lights, etc. Friendly and professional. We will return for rentals in the future!

Sara MooreCheck the rental thoroughly and take pictures. There was some sketchy activity when I rented a trailer where they kept going in and out of the facility shaking their heads. Then they added trip insurance when I declined it earlier. The trailer had significant damage that was not in their photos and it felt like the trailer was damaged during their time and storage, and they tried to push that onto my trip and "insurance" to avoid the liability. The damage would have caused one of the tires to blow if i hadnt noticed it, as the aluminum fender guards were pushed into the top of the tire.

Definitely shouldn't had been that much for a 29.99 truck.. That place is a rip off and unprofessional in regards of the rates
