There was an issue when I did the online process. It did not work properly, and dd not take me to where I could get the key and not wait in line. This caused a delay in my rental because I had to wait in line for 30 min.

She was very rude my whole experience with uhaul was bad they lied about 24 hour storage it closes earlier than any other storage and the reason why I chose you U-Haul is because it is 24 hours and it goes with my work schedule but it was never24 hours except the 1st month i was there the lady that rented me the U-Haul was very rude and that's why she was doing me a favor when she didn't do me a favor she said she gave me an extra 2 hours when she did not and then charge me for 2 days U-Haul it was the worst experience I've ever had and I do not recommend it to anybody else

No one was available to help and when we called U Haul it took forever to get someone on the line and then we were transferred and put on hold two more times. Also, we paid extra for a dolly and didn't get it. This review is more for U Haul and less for Trudy's as I had zero interaction with the store itself.

Did not like not having someone available at the location. Specifically, I had problems returning the truck online because it would not accept the odometer and when I called Uhaul 800 number I was told it was a known issue (after being put on hold and disconnected and calling Uhaul back). Very frustrating...it's a known issue!!. Now I am being charged additional rental fees because the system doesn't think I returned the truck and it shows that I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of fuel and I made sure it was at 3/8 tank, the exact amount in the truck when I took it out. I also selected a furniture dolly for my rental and there was not one provided in the truck. I just called the location and now I have to call Uhaul to fix this all. I already had to call Uhaul on Monday because the business was closed and I wanted to be sure there was a record of me having the return issues.

Trudie is very nice, but she forgot to release the slide down plates from the dolly then forgot to unchain our car. Very frustrating because there was a Uhaul employee there, too.

Nothing to do with this location. We ended up at this one because of bad customer service at Lakewood one. We were told we could not rent and Lakewood uhaul was rude about it. Went to Trudies she helped with getting a hold of customer service. Come to find out it was uhaul fault not ours that was saying we could not rent. Customer service did fix it. Finally after having to call 3 times. But Trudies treasures uhaul was great in helping us thank you.

I would only recommend this location due to the customer service from the person that helped me. The service provided by U-Haul was unacceptable. The only reason I did business with U-Haul was due to my inelasticity because I had to move out the same day and I had limited time. Next time, I will not do business with U-Haul and I will certainly communicate this with my network via word of mouth.

We rent from you at least 7 times a year for our business, the last 2 times we had to go and pick up our trailer at a different location. The first time we were compensated with a $50 check. This time we had to take off from work 2 hours early, costing my husband $75 in pay to pick up the equipment at another location. When he asked about compensation he was told that it was put in for and needed a supervisor approval. We were told we would receive an email shortly after the conversation with information on it. Here it is 4 days later, the trailer is turned back in and no response.... In addition we were told that the Area Field Manager was going to inspect the trailer for us since we were traveling to Oregon and back. We picked up the trailer and sure enough 2 of the tires were at 25lbs air pressure and so once again my husband has to deal with another issue and air up all 4 tires to correct pressure. We are extremely unhappy about the inconvenience of this rental and would like to be contacted and compensated for our time and headache. Please understand that it is no reflection on the uhaul dealer or the center where we dropped off and picked up, instead it is a failure of communication on Uhaul traffic coordination and customer service. Establishment needs to be little more professional. Advice to customer: take picture of dash BEFORE AND AFTER trip. Customer service for uhaul was fantastic! I will use uhaul, but possibly different location. Great for quick deliveries and large jobs.

This particular experience was incredibly frustrating. They didn't have the combination to the locks on their trucks. After a little more than an hour, she drove me to another location. It took another 30 minutes to get a truck. And I never got the furniture blankets I paid for. I've tried contacting this location to get a refund on the blankets, but have had no success.

Uhaul location is difficult to find and locate. Personnel were polite and tried to be helpful. Uhaul was not ready for pick up. Dirty, smelled of smoke and had ashes strewn cab. No gas in vehicle.

Okay, so this is where I was supposed to drop the truck off. Apparently, they had switched the location to a drop off 30 miles away without my knowledge. When I called to get everything in line and confirm at the location I was told to drop off, they said there was a mix up, and that I had to drop the trailer at a second location. So, with my tank at the correct level, (5/8) I drove to the first location to drop off my trailer, because apparently the location where I was scheduled to drop the truck doesn't take trailers back. They have trouble checking my trailer in because it has the wrong trailer number/ licence plate on it. So I go to the third location, where my Uhaul storage unit is, and they tell me I need to go to a 4th location to get a key card for their storage unit. I drive back across town to get the key. Burning gas the whole way, and going over my mileage to boot. At this point it's getting hot and late. My check-in time has come and gone, and I've spent almost 3 hours trying to figure everything out either with the employees at each individual location, or many times on the phone. Nobody seems to know what's going on. Mystified. The whole experience was a complete disaster. The only good thing I have to say us about Trudie. She was very accommodating and empathetic to my situation.

Confusing at first since signage was not visible. computer was not working well at the time thatt I was trying to rent the u-haul truck. It was inconvenient that I had to drive all the way to south 12th street main office from 64th and Yakima but I was well compensated..excellent customer service with trudie trying her best to help me.my suggestion is to call in advance to reserve the truck and storage unit.
