Jaclyn MI was supposed tompick my uhaul up on Pueblo. Made a reservation weeks in advance. Got a call 2 days prior that they DIDN'T have a uhaul for me. I have to drive 50 miles away and wasn't compensated ANYTHING. I spent almost $1,000 on this uhaul. Very frustrated customer.
Ashley VThe trailer was mostly fine, However the last person who rented it cut the tire strap hold down on the passenger side. I did not notice until I was putting my car on the trailer and was unable to submit a pre-check of this issue. I had to self resolve this by using my own straps. This trailer is not suitable for rental.

Adam BIt was miles away from the location I dropped the load. And for some reason I was charged for the vehicle being 2 days late. When I turned in the vehicle at 2 on the same day. We put the key in the box. There was drunk people walking around because of the auction.

MATTHEW NAbsolutely recommend this location. We pulled in the night before to drop the truck off and the owner showed up and helped us get settled in. We were blown away by this level of service and plan to work with this location again in the future if we ever need any U-Haul services in the area.

Richard MI appreciate all the steps taken to get me here on short notice and with everything intact. I think PODS are great! And Ferguson Brothers was very helpful all the way through getting the PODS and unpacking.
Lynn KI had ordered blankets and a dolly, but these were not present in the truck. Later I went to another site in Canon City to pick up a trailer. The personnel were very helpful but the computer system was wonky. Even though I had completed all details with the reservation before arriving, we had to re-do the pick-up 5 times before it worked, and this included a call to UHaul central to set up the order from their end. It all worked out in the end but took and extra 90 minutes.
Deborah GService excellent. Ubox delivered and picked up on time. U box arrived when promised. Box size was excellent. Rosie deluvered and pucked up the empty box in Middleboro MA. She was personable and totally professional. Her driving of the big rig was something to enjoy and her handling of the fork lift was nothing short of an experience to enjoy. Knowing truck drivers personally, I can’t thank Rosie enough for her skills, caring and happy personality.

jeff sI feel a bit cheated...i did not include trailer insurance when I reserved the trailer on-line with u-haul.com. in fact, i made sure my expected bill i recieved from u-haul did not include trailer insurance. However when dropping off the trailer I discovered my bill included a $40 charge for u-haul trailer insurance. When i called the national u-haul number to ask to have the charge removed and a new drop off location, I was told that the $40 insurance charge could not be refunded and that the drop off location could not be changed. To top it all off, the trailer was dirty inside when i picked it up. Very disappointed in your company.

BOB HSo a couple of things - Jake was helpful with updating us on new drop off location Florence. But this is not where i originally was set to drop off. My original drop off was in Canon City…. Not sure how this got changed. Also, made sure to arrive before office hours ended, but I could not locate an office. There was a sign to honk which I did, but couldn’t get anyone. No answer on the phone either. I used the self drop box, which wasn’t a big deal. But it was just kind of disjointed with last minute change to a different city for drop off and no one there at the office during business hours. I assume the self drop went fine after following on line instructions, but I guess I’m just old school and don’t like leaving vehicles in parking lots with out actually handing keys to someone. Other than that, it went well. There are like 3 uhaul locations, maybe dealers, in canon.
