Kevin BThe passenger side floor had not been cleaned, but that would be my only complaint. And since I had no passenger, it's a moot point. Otherwise I was impressed with how quickly the check-in, check-out process was handled. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Job well done.

Damion BPhone check out (in addition to check in) did not go through, had to call U haul to confirm. Nothing about the phone check in or check out process worked.
Chelsea SRip-off on gas. The worker at the counter told me to make sure I brought the gas back at a "smidgen" over 1/4 tank. (His word) I did. A smidgen is defined as "a very small amount, as in a smidgen of cayenne pepper" (Oxford English Dictionary). After I had returned the truck, having put gas in and checked the fuel gauge 1 mile before return, he charged me for overpriced gas that I had not used after I had left the premises. When I called to ask about it, he lied and said "the computer" had determined the fuel was low. That old, dirty, piece of junk truck with165,000 miles on the odometer has no fuel gauge computer. This is a poorly run, dishonest shop.

Lee RSeems like a very dishonest fuel read. I picked it up at 1/4 tank and returned at a 1/4 tank ... This location must have rounded up on the official reading at pick up, and down on the official reading at drop off.

Edward NGoing thru the 24/7 online option was like pulling teeth. The site also provided the wrong dolly. Becuase they weren't open on Sundays at all I spent an hour getting the pickup done, requiring to use a different phone becuase uhaul's website told me I wasn't at the right location on my phone. I didn't even want this location in the first place but somehow the place I selected and the place my truck was ready at were different. Was a horrible start to an already horrible day. In addition, I had no idea I need to take pictures of everything, so I had already dropped my key off before thinking "maybe I should check the website". TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS AHEAD OF TIME WHAT THEY NEED TO DO. SAYING YOU NEED A MOBILE DEVICE DOESN'T TELL ME ANYTHING EXCEPT HAVE YOUR PHONE WITH YOU! NO SHIT I NEED MY PHONE, I HAVE TO CHECK OUT THE VEHICLE!

Jason PAsk more information. I had to pay $397.74 for less than 48 hrs. Multiple phone calls with uhaul staff told me that Ashland was closest for the return when in fact Superior was which would have only cost me $137.00. We are so very disappointed at the cost & no one could help straighten this out when I called.
