They were not open. There were no signs for the business. Drop off was not secure. I was afraid that I would not be check out correctly since I don't own a smart phone and was unable to do it online.

We rented a U-haul truck to pick up a sofa from the Crate and Barrel warehouse in Fife. We would/will absolutely use this location again - the owner went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. Totally exceeded our expectations. It doesn't get much better than this!
