Now I had a problem when I dropped off..When you drop off you suppose to use a Location app..My Location app wasn't acting right so I was lost and didn't know what to do..I was worried till that Monday and Praying didn't anything happen to that truck..It needs to be a backup plan just in case someone has this exact problem..Thanks

Service was horrible no one to help with detaching my trailer. I was told when I pulled up to go around back to drop off equipment no one ever came to help lady in office had no care she has very poor customer service I wouldnt advise anyone to use this location for any rentals.

I had no instructions on how to return trailer. The store lot was on crowded with trucks , trailers & dollies, so a customer told me about a lot behind the store. I took trailer to that lot. I was unable to use my phone for the return trailer this was on Sunday 8/9/2020. I only rented one way and I live 2 & half hours away. I tried to call and the wait time was extremely long. I was able to send a email on Monday 8/10/2020. I received a receipt shortly after the email.

The lot for drop off was way too crowded. This location is a dropoff in a college town on move in weekend. There needs to be a larger lot or personnel to move the trucks around at this busy time.

This is NOT the location where I was confirmed to drop off. Trojan Upholstery was my drop off location. When I got their the gentleman stated he no longer worked with Uhaul, but Uhaul would not update their website to remove him as a drop off location. He was nice enough to accept the trailer. A week later Uhaul started calling asking if I'd dropped off the trailer and questioned me several times. Uhaul needs to update the website.

The truck was actually booked in Brundidge, AL and the man there up sold us ALOT! The truck we got was about twice as big as was necessary. Will not be going back there.

I have used U-haul several times in different locations, but my experience with this Troy location was horrible. The ladies that my husband and I talked to pick up and drop off the truck were not professional at all and very rude to us. The cab of the truck was dirty. The truck was also mechanically in horrible condition.

This location was perfect for me and my family.

Have someone working there who can help with lifting and hookup!!! If my son had not came with me I NEVER would have been able to lift a 6'x12' trailer by myself. If you are going to have unmanned stations you should inform people when they place the order. I was told nothing! Also, I picked up the trailer during daylight hours and left at 4am and discovered that the running lights were out! Then the rest of the lights stopped working! This was an awful experience!!!

The person who rented the equipment was absolutely no help. Told me that she didn't know where our tow dolly was. I asked for help hooking it up. She said that it is self service and they don't offer any help. She was more interested in closing early than helping. We found the correct dolly and it was damaged. She left the office so we took pictures and notified the drop off location. Worst service I have ever received in 50+ years.

Two people were in the office and were not busy, yet no effort was made to check the condition of the trailer I was turning in. Also I was told to take the trailer to a lot two blocks away and drop it there. It would have been nice to have someone check the trailer and go with me to assist in unhooking it.

The return instructions are not clear. We just left the trailer with the others but I was unable to connect on the internet from my phone or at home to do the self check-in. Had to wait until the next day to confirm that it was still there and received.

The shop was advertised as open from about 9am-1pm. I arrived at 12:45pm to turn in the truck but the store was closed. A lady drove up at 12:47pm, unlocked the door, and snidely said we are closed. There were three other customers there during this time who were waiting on her or someone to assist them. False advertising on location times.

Lady at desk was not very helpful. I had to ask her to call me when truck was there when she told me the truck may not be there today when I called that morning. Truck was ready 1.5 hours after the time I requested. The back of the truck was filled with trash and not swept out. Some of the furniture pads were duck taped together and not folded.

Normally the people that are there are very rude and not willing to assist an anyway possible. This location never has available trucks. Everything is always booked up and hard to find for last minute 2 to 3 hr trips when reserved trucks are usually for next day or end of the week. Trucks drive poorly and mile charges are outrageous!! It's like the trucks are shut up to use more miles. Last trip I made was WAYYYYY shorter then my first and the truck was smaller. I went over 60 miles and drop less, that's totally ridiculous!!! Overall, U-Haul is EXPENSIVE. If you drive one city over I personally fee miles shouldn't matter. Having to pay for a truck that barley works properly and supplying it with gas once finished is such a waste of money! I spent so much on the last rental than I did my first & it was soooo much smaller. Probably won't use U-Haul anymore. I find it best to own my own truck & renting it out to earn the money back I spent with U-Haul for the quality of the rentals as well as all employees I've I countered. Haven't had a great experience with them yet.
