The cab had a very bad odor like old and smelly and did not smell nice. I think they could spray some Lysol wipe it down to so that smells does not stay in there when you’re driving. Otherwise everything else is good.

Isaac RLocation is close to me and I may use again based on location. Location is a storage facility so people were not onsite at time of reservation. Just want to share there are better location that can attend customer when they arrive. I feel truck could have been cleaner. Dust all inside. Dirty windows.

Rode CThere was a leak in the gas tank and when I went to fill the tank it leaked everywhere at the gas station . So it was an inconvenience to us and could have been a very bad scenario. Luckily, we were done with hauling our stuff out from our storage units to our home and nothing caught on fire at the gas station. We weren’t charged for the gas but we wasted some gas money at the gas station because of the leakage so it’s not like we didn’t get charged for gas.
Rebecca GAfter I drop off the truck clean and fuel to the gage when I picked up the truck. I asked them to do a walk around but they refused before I left. Now I been charged for fuel and fuel fees.
Hector PTell the customers that they will have a MUCH trip, better gas mileage, better acceleration and overall better running truck if they don't use cheap gas. Use higher quality gas and use higher octane and they will have a much better experience and its really not more expensive. Otherwise the staff at this location was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. I will happily refer them.

marcus MThe vehicle wreaked of methamphetamine. An insurance claim should be made and this vehicle totalled. There is no way to remove the toxic chemicals from fabric and hidden surfaces (inside the fan system for example). I have no problem with Uhaul, its associates or the fleet. This ine particular must be totalled and removed from use.

Francis TThe truck was dirty inside and out. The fuel tank was completely empty and even ran out of gas after pick up. We were left stranded over 30 miles away from our home after requesting help from U-Haul they came out and towed the truck away and left us in the side of the road.

joe hMade an appointment for a van rental. Customer did not leave key for van so I had to use a pick up truck. Not the same loading options I needed. Should have extra keys for equipment or offer a discounted price if reservation is not fulfilled.

EDGAR AThe African American guy that rented the truck to me no good customer service .an the the lady Heidi Salgado is worst when I return the rental she has no customer service rude got there past 9am her as an employee an still has the audacity to tell me she was gonna tell me to wait outside cause there still not open .my answer was its past 9am so I went in to get my questions answer but she seem bother an rude not a friendly or happy person she looked at all to be happy to be working there .I think they overall need to have better customer service at greeting people better an polite .thanks

CHRISTIAN PThe Truck was not picking up speed. I called site after doing 1 trip because I was scared I was told by manager to take it in and they would look at it. I took it in and and asked if it could be switched because I still needed to finish girl working told me she couldn't do anything and for me to complain with uhaul. This site is very unprofessional. Keys were not in truck as instructed had to ask girl several times she kept insisting keys were in truck when they were inside the whole time.. 0the dolly the tires were worn and unusable. The inside was dirty I had to sweep back of truck. Inside was dirty and There was a wrapping for Marijuana edible inside. All the person at counter could say is that she didn't work the past 2 days and was not responsible.
Maribel OTank was less than 1/2. I estimated my mileage over 300. Not knowing how far I could get, I had to put gas in and guess at how much gas would be left upon returning the truck with the same amount of gas. I guessed wrong and to fuel twice. All trucks should be full or nearly full upon checkout.
Robert CThe U-Haul was very dirty and had a Modelo behind the seat. I ended up calling roadside assistance for a flat tire the following day, and the service provider told me that the bolts on the other tires were loose. This is very disturbing.
RONAMAE PI ordered an appliance dolly with the truck but wasnt provided one. Customer service took care of reversing the rental fee for the tool but still was frustrating as i really could have used the dolly.
