ANTHONY RICHARD HUDSONThe U-Haul experience was awful. The day of my move the company texted to tell me that the truck I reserved weeks earlier was not available and the only solution U-Haul offered was to go to another location (and that location could not give me a truck at the time I needed it). I called this location (where I had the initial reservation) and found out they had a van but I had to call U-Haul to change my reservation. 30 minutes and 4 phone calls later, I fixed U-Haul's problem. It is always a terrible customer experience when the customer has to fix the business's problem.

James EsbenshadeExpensive in Regards to Milage Rate but I was in a Bind and Luckily the 1 Van was Available, I put as not Recommended for this location only for the fact it is misleading when you search for Uhaul online you see this as a location, but I was explained it was just and Authorized Uhaul location with only 2 Vehicles meaning chances of getting a rental are slim unless you book in advance. But I was Lucky and Gentleman was very Professional and helped me out! He only had the Van available for 2hours due to it being reserved the Next day but I was able to drop it off after hours, unfortunately the site didnt not let me record my drop off as it could not recognize my location so I had to drop the keys after hours and let them return it next business day. $300 1 day rental, but overall saved me from a hellish day otherwise.

LYNDON BOYDThe location was fine but your mobile pick up and drop off web/app experience is so horrific I'm surprised I managed to actually get the van. After paying for a Lyft to the location and trying to check in, you THEN ask for an additional contact person. I put in that person and get an error that the person is already in the system, but they were NOT. I cancelled the reservation and recreated it to be 100% sure I had not entered another person's info, and got the same error. Then on returning the vehicle, you demand photos of the vehicle but the Uhaul app errored every time I tried to send a photo. I had to give up and switch to the web version. Barely finished with a minute to spare because of it. Fix your everything please.
Christian HancockThe manager at this location was rude. Also he let us wait at this location for a very long time. He told us that he is on lunch break until 2:45 pm but he waiting sign was showing 1:45. Also he kept the door close & there was not sign to come in & didn’t reply us when we knock the door. When I asked him to give an overview of how to use the gear stick , he was very rude & told me to get my shit myself & that I don’t know to use the truck. I know how to use for just asking for little information as gear stick was little different. I drove it fine & return the van in good condition after use. But he attitude & arrogance really put us off. If he not willing & responsible for helping customer he can directly say no instead of saying bad words.
Santosh Zawarethe fees for renting a van for two hours were outrageous. I contested it and the bill was immediately lowered - which makes me think that they charge those huge fees just so they can get people who don't want to deal with contesting it - to pay. Will never use Uhaul again.

Eric WilsonMake it clear that the check in process should be done and completed before arriving at the location. I didn't realize that and had to set up an account and enter information like drivers license when I was on site. And then the U-Haul website would not detect my location so I couldn't complete the checking process. It wasn't until I downloaded the app and logged in I was able to complete the checking process. also this location is closed Wednesdays but I did not know that so that will be something to make clear in the directions
Eric HaechrelThe pick up and drop off experience was great. Unfortunately, The van had dog hair all over the inside seats and back bed of the van. We had to cover everything we were moving because my family member is allergic to dog hair. I know it was probably hard to see white dog hair with the photos provided. I wanted you all to know for the next renter. Thanks!

Juston HubertLet me preface that I had no issue with Trojan storage. However the truck was not at the pickup location that I requested and was originally confirmed via email. I was supposed to receive a call an hour before the rental, but never did. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to talk to customer support and never got through, after checking the app my pickup time had been moved back by 15 minutes and changed to a different address. All and all not a great experience with uhaul.

John OjalaThis location is primarily a storage unit facility with a few vans for rent, not a full service uhaul site. However, I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience from reserving, to the return process. Friendly, helpful service, clean & well-maintained equipment. For my needs it was excellent & I recommend it.
Robert GilbertI will never use u-hual again. You guys went from charging me $65 to almost $300. That is ridiculous and receipt doesn't break it down to why. Yes I dropped it off at a different location but to charge me more then 4 times the original amount come on.
Eugene ZinkAlways provide code for lock box. Tried to contact for 2 hours to get code. Had to call customer service. First call computer hung up on us. 2nd call on hold for 30 minutes. I called on my phone and finally got through. Always provide instructions where to put keys, back in lockbox or drop box. Always leave trucks with full tank of gas. How are to know how much gas to replace? Don't put enough get hammeed with extra charges. Put too much in and not even a thank you for the extra gas. We put $10 too much gas in.
