stephen jPlease have a truck that actually works ! My mom and I had so much trouble driving this truck ! The truck had issues steering so while driving it would go left to right . The breaks were also bad we had to press the breaks all the way to the floor just to stop at a stop sign and even still the truck continues to roll. The location of the U-Haul store was extremely hard to find and the customer service was terrible. It was the absolute worst experience ever ! Would NOT recommend!

Makai OThe truck smelled like smoke and urine. I wasn’t able to use it, but I still had to pay full price. This is a terrible location, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. If you need a uhaul go somewhere else!!

Candice MThis was a horrible experience. The truck was dirty, and not maintained the driver side windshield wiper was missing so I had to keep stopping and pulling over. That was a dangerous situation putting me in danger and other people on the road. I haven’t heard from your corporate office so I guess it’s business as usual. Never again!!!
Gwen SMaintenance on trucks. My truck windshield wiper broke off in transit , I wasn’t given the correct dolly and the truck took 5 minutes to crank. The app glitches and doesn’t complete return process even after you press submit.

Kisha CI was sent a charge for late fee which I was told I could have the Uhaul till 9pm which I return the truck at 7:30. I also place gas back in the truck. So now this company trying to charge my card which is not going to happen.

Samuel BI am not happy at all i want to know why i was charged 139 when i couldn’t log back into yall web site and when i did get in to it i was unable to complete my transaction i have pictures I couldn’t get the return thing open to put the key back inside the lock box so i put it inside the key drop box my whole experience was awful then the truck stalled on me I couldn’t get it started i put the gas back or over where it was originally put i have pictures of my mileage also im not understanding why i was charged when yall website was messed up !! Not my fault but i have my pictures if you need me to send them i can
Felicia WTriton Xpress Mail Uhaul location in Lithonia is a good look. They got me in and out and on my way. They also were able to complete a few task I needed done some copies a fax and an Amazon return. Thanks ladies you are amazing.
