What a good different expirance from the location i took the trailer!

JOHN SI was told my rental would be half priced if I return to this location. Haven't received a credit for it.
DONNA WThe initial order was for a different location and that location happened to be closed when we went to pick up the trailer when it was supposed to be open so had to call support and get a new location (the current one). This was an inconvenience and made us late to where we needed to be. The Triple S Automotive location helped us quickly and had the trailer in stock, although after they connected the trailer we had to pull back around because we noticed that the trailer had 2 flat tires. They filled the tires with air and we were on our way but again this was an inconvenience that made us even later. I would expect the equipment to be ready to go and checked over before rentals. Returning the trailer went well as I just used the website because the place was closed.
