I was an hour trying to pay for my reservation because the lady there did not know how to use the application. That being said they were kind and courteous to me, she apologized for how long it was taking.

Don Gregan was very helpful, and made sure all went smoothly with pick up of vehicle. There was a lot of confusion actually initiating the contract, due to computer problems, but the terrific help when we called the toll free number enabled us to complete transaction.

Truck smelled like cigarette smoke Truck was 1/4 tank full when I got it I had to show the agent how to run his computer just to speed things up. It took 20 minutes to be out the door and I had checked-in prior The "store" is the guy's kitchen

I reserved pick up at a different location. I was told the day before I would have to pick up at a different location. This was a great inconvenience, not happy with this process, call center was not sympathetic to my situation and offered no incentive for me to use this service again.

Initially we were supposed to pick up our vehicle at this location. The dealer (a man in his late 80's) rambled for close to 20 minutes and claimed he never received our reservation even though we could clearly see it on his computer screen. We were made to drive an hour away to pick up a truck that was 3 times larger than what we needed, Pay 3-4x the amount of gas we would have spent if our truck was available at the location we had ordered it from. Customer service was horrible. After dropping off our truck the Dealer continued to ramble and tell my husband how rude I was because I called Uhaul to complain that we had no truck. To add insult to injury we were told by the CSA that we spoke to at Uhaul that we would be compensated for our time, Kms and Extra gas which wasn't applied. I was contacted by Gary Sparks (a manager, apparently) who sent me a 2 sentence email saying that we were compensated and telling me I was entitled to no further refund. When I replied to the email asking for a breakdown of the discounts he ignored my reply. This is now a month later and I have heard nothing. I am beyond disgusted and disappointed with my experience with Uhaul.

I am very unpleased with my experience with my reservation of a 20' truck for Bathurst, NB. I was redirected to Charlo, which is 55kms away, and had to pay for the mileage and gas. There was a 26' truck at the Bathurst location that you could have easily rented to me at the same rate as a 20', which would have been the good customer relations thing to do. I'm 81 yrs old and on a fixed income and this extra expense above the rest of my move expense was very difficult. I will not recommend your company to family & friends who move in the future but suggest to use a locally owned company. Denise, daughter of the person who actually moved
