Lady at triple horn enterprises lied to me about the price (quoted in-town rate even though I asked for one-way to Dallas from Davis, OK). Told me the much higher price only once I secured the rental with my credit card and could not cancel without incurring a penalty. Very unethical business.DEREK H.

This location was not the problem - it was U-Haul & it's website. I was stranded at this location for an hour trying to get my keys out of the lock box. I got transferred and put on long holds 3 different times before someone finally gave me the code. Ridiculous.JOANN H.

Triple horn enterprises are the biggest crooks on the uhaul payroll, there workers are to lazy to push a broom on something that another facility did, so they charge you $50 for cleaning fees, to do a 5 minute job. But it's ok ill never use this facility again. TRIPLE HORN ENTERPRISES ARE A BUNCH OF LAZY CROOKSNoah W.

Check in went fine. Then I was directed to an offsite, unsecured, dirt lot to hook the trailer up myself, take a picture, and text it back to them. I don't have a problem hooking up a trailer but just thought this was odd from a liability perspective. The lights didn't work so I had to take it over to their shop to have them fix the wiring. They happily did it but the whole thing was odd. Would recommend using a U-Haul owned and operated location if possible over some shop that handles U-Haul on the side. The equipment itself was great. Pulled the trailer 1400 miles, No issues.WESLEY G.
No clue about location bc we couldn't get anyone to meet us there to turn in U-Haul. Man was extreme.y short, and rrude when he finally answered phone after many calls & basically hu g up after emphatically stating just drop it o. The back & leave me alone. Did not process return as he assured me he would next business day.Kitty H.
No complaints with this location other than they don't make it clear where to leave your truck if drop it off after hours so I had to guess, which is annoying.David N.

The truck was clean but it had to be jump started before we got going. We were also quoted one price on the phone and had to pay more at pick up. Good helpful service at the location.Carrie T.
Everyone at this location did a great job. The only complaint I have is that I booked everything well in advance online. I put in all my information including alternate drivers, etc. I had to give ALL this information again at the counter. It cost me valuable moving time. This seems to be a computer software issue. What's the good of doing everything online to save time and then doing it all again at the counter. The equipment was ready at this location, no complaints there although I was a little nervous while traveling from Indiana to Oklahoma because I did not know where I would be picking up the equipment up until just less than 24 hours ahead.Rex S.
