Just the tire pressure gauge needed to be fixed. Service was good, friendly. Would rent again!
SHARON WSuper irritating that less than 48 hours before my reservation I was notified that a truck was not available for pick up at my chosen location and I had to pick up a smaller U-Haul then tow a trailer to try to accommodate my reservation. I then had to drive 160 miles away with no compensation for my time or gas. Horrible policy and can't believe this is how U-Haul runs their business. I reserved months ago and feel it's uhauls responsibility to make sure that the vehicle is at the pick up location. I was left with no other options since I had to bring my daughter to college. If at all possible I will never rent from U-Haul again.
SARAH AThe only things that was below average was that they didn't have the size of truck I needed. All they had was a 10 foot, I only wanted to make one trip but had to make more . And there was no ramp, which made things very difficult to load large heavy furniture for two people one being a 70 year old female! We went back to retrieve a ramp at 11am but no one was there, the business was supposed to be open till 12pm. So we had to do with out.. also there was no parking for my vehicle I had to park on the street.

Matthew WOne marker light was out. Got pulled over in Nebraska and Missouri got a warning.
Nicolas GI arrived at my return destination at 3pm. Sign on door said "Sorry, we're closed", right next to hours of operation, 8a-5p. No one was there to receive the trailer during business hours. I tried calling several times, with no answer or voicemail available. Luckily, I discovered a painless turn-in procedure on the U-Haul app and I left the trailer in the lot.
Daniel SThe owner was helpful and focused on Uhaul. The building was clean neat. This is how all Uhaul rentals should be.
Ray BI booked the UHaul online and received a call that our size was not available. Not a big deal, but then we went to pick it up at the location that was sent to us and no one had a clue about the reservation. We had to drive back across town to the other dealer. I also received a very rude call from the customer service when I had called to make sure we had it at the right state. Was very disappointed in the services we received. The location manager was very helpful though. Irrigated with the company as a whole.
Patrick CCori was knowledgeable about the items we asked about and suggested the best item for my needs. The only thing I would change would be to accept military discounts. Other than that everything was perfect.
