Maybe lower the rates per uhaul and lower the per mile charge and give at least 30 minute window from the time you pick vehicle up then how ever many hours or days the renter rents it and provided a 30 minute window past the time before anymore charges are put on ur card.

He was helpful and answered all my questions… he’s actually what changed my mind… I had told my husband i’d never rent with uhaul again after the gentleman at the first location (I thank god my husband wasn’t with me then 😊) however, the pleasant experience with this employee reminded me that not all people are rude an some people really love their jobs 😊

DANIEL MGreat location - has the best interest of the customer at the top of his priorities. Working with local agents is much better than simply reserving a truck online. Customer service versus simply being a number.

Christy JI think I was over charged! I was forced to get the 10ft truck and had to move a family of 6 which meant more trips instead of one! I needed a 26 ft truck and because you your availability I am out almost 500.00 I will never use this again!

Aaron bI was automatically charged $15.00 for a “cleaning fee”, despite me cleaning the trailer prior to drop off. Drop off area is not flat. Trailer rolled back when I unhitched the trailer. No tire stops. This was an after hours drop off.
Javier FThe salesman here was incredible. We got a 20' truck and as we were about finished loading, we realized we'd need an additional trailer to fit the last few things. He hooked us up with a trailer in under 30 minutes and even showed me how to get it all connected to the truck. Ultimately, we were able to fit everything in the truck after all so we returned the trailer after hours and he got us a full refund. A U-Haul location is one the of last places I'd expect to be able to have such a great experience since it's just a pickup/drop-off ordeal, but we were actually very impressed with the customer service.

LONNIE FThis location was way to far. I had confirmed reservations to pick up my U-Haul two weeks before the needed date. I get a call the day before my one way move out of state sending me an hour from my location to get my truck instead of 30 min where my reservation said it would be in Haysi, VA. The gave me a 60 miles credit which did me no good because I would not have exceeded the original miles. So it cost my time, gas at these prices and my truck was either given to someone else or whatever but my reservation was a joke. Never again. Called go U-Haul they didn't do anything and 2 other main offices and nothing . Also called both Haysi they never answered. Some kind of compensation would be nice for the excess gas and time not to.mention inconvenience or taken something off on my rental costs.

Joseph WThe pikeville location I would not do to the widow wipers was not in good shape. When we got the half way done unloading notice there was bugs. Person was nice but didt chek the truck good before sending it back out.

JOHNMARK YWe had to wait for over an hour on the truck because first we were sent over an hour away to get the truck. Then they told us we couldn’t take the truck because it was being moved to another location and we have to drive to that location! We ended up finally getting the truck with no apologies! Very disappointed in how our reservation was handled
