Online check-in requires that you are in the parking lot. There is no cell signal near the location so I had to drive to the location, start the process and drive until I found service. It tool over 45 minutes driving back and forth to complete and during the terrible process it errored out and charged me for "safe move" at $14 which I did not want. So 19.95 + 17 miles (@ $0.99 per mile) cost over $50 total -- Awful.Steven H.

Exceptional customer service. Fast, super friendly, and very informative. I've rented from several uhauls out of state over the past decade and had mixed experiences. The representative Ed was extremely contentious and condescending. On the day of pick-up, I expressed my frustrations with the mobile app pick-up experience and rather than be empathetic, he was combative which I thought was unprofessional. I didn't need to be made to feel like I was incompetent as we know people tend to have challenges with technology that they're unfamiliar with. Perhaps a virtual tutorial could've made the process more user-friendly. In addition to that, there was another occasion where I needed to call the location prior to picking up my rental to seek clarification as it'd been awhile since I rented a U-haul truck and during that conversation, Ed interrupted me at least 3 times and spoke over me. U-haul has a good reputation so I will conduct business with you again but never again with that Trinity location in Keller, TX as the customer service was deplorable.Antoinet N.

I picked up on a Sunday when the office was closed and the process was not very clear. I finished mobile check in and then was told to proceed inside to pick up my key.. the office was closed. When I clicked the link stating I had trouble getting my key, i was prompted to go inside for further help. Which was not possible. I was given no number to call but instead had to wait for a service agent for 20 minutes to finally get an answer on how to get my key. I was then given a different truck than I was told I was checking out so my mileage was completely wrong and I couldn't continue with my check in process. It eventually got resolved, but it was a very long, drawn out mess on an already stressful day.Corey R.

The air conditioner kept cutting off and on due to the fuel economy device that is installed. If you go over 55 mph or go up hill and the engine has to down shift and use more fuel the air shuts off. Go below 55 or go down hill and it is fine. If I am paying for the fuel I expect to be able to go over 55 and be cool in the summer heat.Norman W.

Trinity Self-Storage has always been my choice for U-haul rentals, but my recent car trailer rental experience was truly exceptional. I was met after hours, given all the time I needed to understand how to load, operate, and return the trailer, and treated with the utmost courtesy at all times.
