The price per mile is too much. You charge $.99/ mile is too much for a local move when other companies charge $.59/ mile. You should charge less for moves less than 100 miles and returns on Sunday should be a free day.

Personnel (Matthew) could not explain why I was charged an extra day when the vehicle was returned on time. He stated that he entered the mileage, but did not enter the return time and stated that I would have to call the 1-800 number. He further stated that he could not make any changes to account. This is totally unacceptable.

I was very unhappy. I was given a dirty truck, had to rent a refrigerator dolly from another location and the air conditioner in the truck did not work. 1800 miles through the southern United states in temperatures 90 plus was horrible. I have rented many times from uhaul and this was beyond awful.

Mr. Johnson provided excellent PROFESSIONAL customer service. He explained everything thoroughly and I was overall pleased with my experience. It was my first time at this location and I must say, the best so far! Keep up the great work!!

Very accommodating and glad to know that they could also help me with storage of items that were moved back to town. Couldn't have asked for a better customer experience. These guys were very personable and would recommend them to anyone.
