Was easy to pick up and drop off. Worked ok, not the cleanest and had no gas in the truck,but it worked for what we needed. Gracias.

Provide a clean vehicle, especially since we are in the middle of a pandemic! The locks are outdated ~ we had to call another UHaul dealer to assist us with getting lock pad open. Very rusty, the lock was. The entire experience was extremely frustrating. I will NEVER rent from this location again.

I am upset and disappointed with the service at Trinity Auto Center and with U-Haul . I will never do business with these establishments again. I rented a U-Haul on May 27th and returned it the same day. The U-Haul was clearly worn down and the steering will was difficult to drive because it kept veering right while driving. On May 31st, I get a call from an employee from Trinity Auto Center named Richard asking where the U-Haul was. I call back after a long day at work and Richard immediately apologizes saying he called in error and that someone had taken the wrong U-Haul making him believe that it was not returned. He makes no mention of additional charges. When I got home I check my account and I was charged 665.70!!! They charged me from 5/27 - 5/31. I call Richard back and he says that he charged my card in error and that my money was refunded and said to call U-Haul for confirmation of the refund. I wait 45 minutes on the phone for U-Haul customer service. The woman I spoke to was rude and cut me off multiple times. She refused to give me an authorization number claiming it was on my receipt. Then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to a GM. I then call my bank with the aforementioned authorization number on the receipt only to be told that this was linked to a charge from U-Haul on 5/27 for 128.00 and not for the 665.70 recently charged. I am absolutely livid and also in distress because my mortgage is due tomorrow. This poor service and mistake is unacceptable and I am being treated unfairly for an error that wasn't mine. My bank can release this charge but I need the correct authorization number which nobody seems to have. Holding currently for another 45 minutes to speak to someone from U-Haul who hopefully won't hang up on a paying customer this time. I will never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

First i was charged 76 on Friday and i was told we can bring it Monday and when i did they said everything was ok with no extra charges by Tuesday my bank account reflected a charge of 152 something for which i file a refund claim as my receipt was sent for the same amount i was charged on Friday for 76 so I don't know why they trying to steal by charging an extra amount that doesn't reflect on my check out receipts

The system used to determine if your truck will pull the car trailer is limited in scope. Wouldn't recommend my 2500 to pull much of anything when I knew it could. It should broaden the available recommend set ups it could tow safely.

Everything was quick and customer service was amazing even at the last minute. Turn in was easy as well. I will recommend to anyone needing a u haul.

This owner did not know how to properly fill out the rental agreement and i have been calling this office since the 20th of August because my uhal broke down on 85 south on the 08/20/2021 and i have yet to get a answer to my request. This is a horrible place to rent a uhaul truck from. I have been calling the customer service desk number and once i select the option the phone hangs up.
