Truck was clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Good location near gas stations to fill up. A good experience!

Easy pick up and drop off. No issues. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I had to hook up the trailer myself. No issue as I had done it before, but someone else familiar may have an issue.

The location was just fine but we couldn't finalize the contract. The online service was terrible at first they email me a bill that was over twice what it should have cost. I had to call to get that fixed.

I had done the online booking and was therefore quite surprised that it took half an hour to pick the trailer up. I was asked repeatedly for credit card and driver's license information for no apparent reason. Also, was told the rental rate would be double if I paid with cash. I was also told my credit card wouldn't be charged until the equipment was returned. Minutes after leaving the site I got a notification from MasterCard telling me my card had been charged. Shambolic experience all in all. I would certainly not deal with this location again.

Having the right equipment you actually reserved there would be helpful

Windshield washer fluid was stone dry, I filled it, also returned vehicle with a remaining half tank of fuel, received with a quarter tank.. Service note: vehicle has a warped brake rotor, felt during light braking. Always rent to a mechanic..lol

We had no complaint whatever - and if needed - we would certainly use this service again! We had truck back in much less time than it was booked for ( 3 hrs 10 min) - and perhaps you could have given some recognition in this regard.

Mary was the check in agent..she was great, friendly, knowledgeable. Big disappointment with uhaul though because we ordered a 20ft truck and was let know the day before the move that we we’re downgraded to a 15ft. It necessitated a couple trips, we had planned on one.

Drop off was difficult finding the location Google showing locations that does not exist I was fortunate to find a drop off location which was much closer that did not show up when booking online their customer service was wonderful amazing I cannot express enough how happy I was with how professional my drop off location treat me as a customer I went there frustrated and leave there a happy customer.

Customer service reps that helped reserve the truck and the one that checked us in and out was very efficient.

Pick up took extremely long time. Staff stated the system was difficult to use. Information that had been provided via reservation was asked again / not available.
