Kevin BoyerMy experience was not the best at all. I had ordered a dolly which was not in the truck. When I asked about it I was questioned twice if I had paid for dolly which was on my paperwork this event for the dolly took up more of my time then I liked since I was using the time I’ve paid for while waiting. I did not like the comment the guy made about my nails but I said ok to him putting the equipment in the rental. I moved a one bedroom apartment with my fiancé and didn’t break a single nail. Next time I’ll have to find an actual U-Haul place with better customer experience ratings.

Randall ComerTriangle Service Center: Their lack of automation at this location allowed for a long time (30 minutes) to check out the truck. There was only one person in front of me. We were competing with the managers transacting customers through her shop as well as checking out customers for truck rentals. Treasure Chest Hunt (Original no show location): No Fault of this location in Triangle . . . I had to move from this location because Treasure Chest Hunt location in Dumfries has unacceptable hours of operations, was not there at opening (11am) and the phone number listed on door whet to a dead cell phone with Verizon. Your U-Haul app and 800 number was also worthless. Agents kept hanging up on me. Your U-HAUL app is reprehensible. Maybe some type of "Usability Study" with customers on their use of the mobile app. This would go a long way to make it a helpful tool for customers use in checking out vehicles.

Marixa GervacioImprovements: Be careful to verify starting mileage with office attendant before taking truck off the lot. There was an error with odometer reading and was charged on final invoice. Evelyn in the office was so attentive and issue was quickly resolved.

Daniel MyersThe on line process for uhaul needs an overhaul! To verify me? I guess...said for ONE reference to call and verify when I gave it...they refused to verify me due to needing 2 references! Well thats not what it said online! I was supposed to pick-up at 9 am (which I was there) and didn't leave with truck until 10 am ..due to absurd "new rules" being made up as they go! Just unacceptable and frustrating 😤

Vanessa JonesHave staff informed of truck and trailer offers. Having issues with staff from Texas not reporting that the truck was returned. Charged for gas even though it was left exactly how it was received. We didn't receive the truck with a full tank and I will be speaking to someone about this over the phone aswell. If I ever need moving truck services I will not choose this company again. Staff was very rude.
