Request for furniture dolly was not provided as request, in which i was charged. This item was very important for my move.
Suggest when picking up uhaul on weekend when close, maybe two employees should verify that all of the customer requests is located in the truck,

I m supposed to pick my U-Haul from this location on Saturday morning 10 little to I know place is closed because they don’t work on weekends
My truck was outside in parking lot so I have to call U-Haul to get my vehicle after all the process finished they give me one alphabetical code that I have to enter on key box to get my vehicle key but that box has only Numeric code only no Alphabetical so I went around the truck to see if they left keys somewhere near to truck surprise to me they left the keys inside the truck where you put your stuff and they didn’t even told us about keys gonna be inside the truck after wasting 1 hour I was to get my vehicle

They told me that all large trucks were rented out however when I returned a tiny truck that they gave me, all larger trucks were still there on the parking lot, next morning and all weekend they were still there, UHAUL mislead me by lying that they did not have larger trucks available. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with UHAUL.
