There was no one there because of the weekend.

Shawn CJacob (I believe his name was) was absolutely amazing. He helped me get my seized hitch off and change it to the right size. I've had U-Haul trailers before and never felt one like this trailer. The bottom of the trailer felt like it was going to fall through. License plate number E024181. The plate is a Michigan plate. That's my only issue was it was so thin feeling and felt like it was going to fall through. Everyone who was packing said the same thing.
Sierra RThe 26ft truck needs the longer loading ramp. Ramp on the truck is shorter than they used to be and made for a very steep ramp.

Jeff HTrent's Garage was an absolute joke. Looks like a tornado went through there. While friendly, 2 employees were clueless on what to do and finally the third (who wasn't even there and had to come in to help) was more worried about answering the phones than getting me out of there. After 15 mins of waiting, I was finally on my way. Friendly people who are probably great mechanics but Jesus buy a mop and vacuum and clean the place up and take the UHaul training course so you're all worth a flip. The Craigslist browsing can wait.

Brian RANSWER THE PHONE! Rules say to call. If he would have answered the phone when we had got there, then we would NOT have WRONGFULLY been charged for an extra day. We returned it on SATURDAY at 9pm. It wasnt due back till SUNDAY 9am!

Michael HThe box of the truck still trash in it that we had to remove. Also the gas I was told had to be where the gauge was when I we took possession. It was at exactly at a half of tank and I brought it back a little over a half a tank as requested. However the paperwork was saying it was at 5/8 tank which is a between half and 3/4th tank and it was not and I didn't see this on the paperwork and you charged me an extra 15 dollars for 2 gallons of fuel which is incorrect. You requested a picture of the box and gauges at the time of return, Why was this not done at the time of possession? Also did the previous customer of the truck go through the same process? I'm thinking not because the truck was very dirty and the box was not clean at all but yet I cleaned it and returned it as was stated and I'm the one that has to pay for someone else's wrong doing and misjudgment. Seems Uhaul has different rules for internet customers and drop off after hours then they do for people that drop during business hours because the dealer can do whatever and not inspect the truck upon return and their negligence passes down to the honest customers who end of paying for it. I have used Uhaul for over 40 years but now I may have to switch to another company because I was honestly disgusted by the level of service I have recieved.

Phillip SI reserved a truck in person.On the day we went to pick up the truck we were told it wasn't available and we had to drive 53 miles to another state and 53 miles plus back which took over 3 hours to get a truck.The truck seemed like it needed a front end alignment and the guy at the original location was quite rude.Wow what happened to Uhaul?

Michael MOur original pick up location was in our hometown. Magically, the truck we RESERVED online was unavailable when we called the day before scheduled pick up. Called our regional Uhaul and they found one about 40 miles away. The milage was allocated-tge new location very friendly-we were VERY pleased
Randy CMy reserved 15 ft truck was rented to someone else so they only had a 10 ft truck that I could only rent for 9 hrs. I could not get everything moved since I had to take it back by 5 and had to use more miles since I had to make more trips. I don't think this was the fault of trents garage but y'all need to get your stuff together. I'll only use penski from now on and I believe that I should be reimbursed for this bad experience.

Ronald SReserved a week in advance and put my preferred location as Campbell Ln in Bowling Green, KY. I received an email the day of at 7:30 that my pick up location in Scottsville, KY which is 30 minutes away. This location was actually disgusting, and there were children running around everywhere, and one had a diaper that was so full, they were literally covered in feces. The truck was dirty when we got inside and it smelled like smoke. Awful experience.
Katelyn CI'm only giving the pickup location two stars instead of one cause the woman in the front was friendly. I literally had to have my brothers-in-law drag and hook the trailers up himself. No help. No asking if we needed assistance or have we hooked a trailer before? No sending an employee to inspect that it was put on right! If I would have came by myself I don't know what I would have done as I have never hooked a trailer up before . Luckily my brother in law did. The first trailer they gave us didn't have proper equipment to connect the break and turn signal lights so I had to call to the office (the U-Haul s we're located in a different spot than the actual address) and asked if we could take the other trailer next to it that looked in better condition and had ALL the equipment. The woman said that's fine , took the new trailer number and hung up. Again no customer service at all. She should have sent an employee with us to Help and have them test the trailers for working conditions. Or even better , have the trailers inspected before renting them and make sure all parts customers rent are there an working to avoid wasted time. Then I find out when I get to my drop off that she never changed the trailer numbers over. I had to explain what happen to them and clear up the confusion. Very unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever. If you use this location make sure to bring a male (if u can't lift heavy objects)that can lift the trailer and knows how to hook it up (lights too) cause you will be completely on your own .
Kaylee WUhaul ( Campbel lLane , Bowling Green,Ky)dropped the ball on my reservation. I was contacted Sunday afternoon about my reservation not being available for the next day. I had booked a week and a half prior. Using this for business purposes this left 4 of my guys without materials for an extended amount of time(while I am paying them). I was rerouted to Scottsville, Ky to pick up a truck only to travel back to Bowling Green to pick up my materials. The Uhaul hub in Scottsville was very helpful but I am unsure if my company will use Uhaul again
MARK DThe moron twins did not hook up my van properly on the trailer...one of the wheel straps came off while driving it. When I got to Florida 850 miles later I was also told they did not attach any safety chains and it was a miracle my van stayed on the trailer at all. When I picked up the van she marked it as 7/8 full but it was only 1/2 full...and the truck was very dirty and still had trash in it from the last customer. I must also say I did not reserve from them...I switched at the last minute...it took almost 2 hours of my moving day away. I had no choice.
