Very upset. Trents charged me sales tax on my truck rental. I think I should be refunded that amount

Reserved a week in advance and put my preferred location as Campbell Ln in Bowling Green, KY. I received an email the day of at 7:30 that my pick up location in Scottsville, KY which is 30 minutes away. This location was actually disgusting, and there were children running around everywhere, and one had a diaper that was so full, they were literally covered in feces. The truck was dirty when we got inside and it smelled like smoke. Awful experience.

I’m only giving the pickup location two stars instead of one cause the woman in the front was friendly. I literally had to have my brothers-in-law drag and hook the trailers up himself. No help. No asking if we needed assistance or have we hooked a trailer before? No sending an employee to inspect that it was put on right! If I would have came by myself I don’t know what I would have done as I have never hooked a trailer up before . Luckily my brother in law did. The first trailer they gave us didn’t have proper equipment to connect the break and turn signal lights so I had to call to the office (the U-Haul s we’re located in a different spot than the actual address) and asked if we could take the other trailer next to it that looked in better condition and had ALL the equipment. The woman said that’s fine , took the new trailer number and hung up. Again no customer service at all. She should have sent an employee with us to Help and have them test the trailers for working conditions. Or even better , have the trailers inspected before renting them and make sure all parts customers rent are there an working to avoid wasted time. Then I find out when I get to my drop off that she never changed the trailer numbers over. I had to explain what happen to them and clear up the confusion. Very unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever. If you use this location make sure to bring a male (if u can’t lift heavy objects)that can lift the trailer and knows how to hook it up (lights too) cause you will be completely on your own .

Uhaul ( Campbel lLane , Bowling Green,Ky)dropped the ball on my reservation. I was contacted Sunday afternoon about my reservation not being available for the next day. I had booked a week and a half prior. Using this for business purposes this left 4 of my guys without materials for an extended amount of time(while I am paying them). I was rerouted to Scottsville, Ky to pick up a truck only to travel back to Bowling Green to pick up my materials. The Uhaul hub in Scottsville was very helpful but I am unsure if my company will use Uhaul again

The moron twins did not hook up my van properly on the trailer...one of the wheel straps came off while driving it. When I got to Florida 850 miles later I was also told they did not attach any safety chains and it was a miracle my van stayed on the trailer at all. When I picked up the van she marked it as 7/8 full but it was only 1/2 full...and the truck was very dirty and still had trash in it from the last customer. I must also say I did not reserve from them...I switched at the last minute...it took almost 2 hours of my moving day away. I had no choice.

The vehicles were parked in a field that was kind of muddy. As a result, there was a big mud clump in the driver’s side door that I dodged while I was using the truck. The people at trent’s were great. They were very nice and helped me as a first-time U-Haul renter to understand what was needed from me.

I don't know how to fix this, but my last two 26 foot trucks have leaked water in the rains I drove through. I had wet boxes both times. This is not Trent's fault but needs to be addressed somehow.

The issue is I had set the drop off location as Bluegrass mini storage located on the other side of Scottsville. Bluegrass is where our items are stored. I had to unload at the storage unit then drive to the other Uhaul facility to drop off the trailer. This isn’t the first time your schedulers changed location on me and when you call them to request a location drop off change they always had an attitude. Need to work on personal skills

It needs to be where, if you only need the uhaul for a day, you shouldn't be charged for two days, even if it is from state to state. Little pricey.

the drivers side mirror was loose and would change positions when you hit a bump, check engine light was on during entire trip, and the box leaked causing 8 of my boxes to get wet.

I returned trailer on Tuesday , but they didn't report it returned till Thursday. meanwhile im got a text on Wensday and Thursday saying i was over due on my rental

I expect a full refund. Please contact me 270791-7129. That was a very scary experience, my front tire blew. I'm not sure what your tire policies are but maybe they should be changed more often. Maybe the front right should be changed as well.

Had to personally dig dolly out from under and behind two other trailers was not out and ready for pick up they had to get my info again after the day before I had called a checked and got everything sorted out to pick it up took it back to north side dealer that was open very nice and easy to work with not happy with Kentucky end looking for double charge on my card hope you but?

I'm very upset at how Uhaul did my family. I made reservations and when I got there to pick up the truck everything changed, even price went higher. I tried getting a truck in bowling green due to it being closer to destination and was referred to scottsville due to none being in stock. It was one thing after another and we were held up from all of the issues , we were told all the information in the computer was wrong which put our move behind on Time considerably and my husband works night shift and had to go straight in to work driving once we got back to our final destination . The truck had some issues with not wanting to stay straight on the road to make it worse it was pouring rain. previous renter left trash in truck which was not cleaned out. The next day I got a message to call an 800 # to set up a drop off, which we already did at pick up. Seems no one with Uhaul knows what their doing. This whole Uhaul experience was terrible and I will no longer use or recommend Uhaul Co. To anyone.

It was not easy to park the hauler. Not an inviting appearance. Woman working at desk was unkept and too busy playing with her kids on the computer than getting someone to come move a vehicle so we could park the trailer.

My problem doesn't stem from Trent's Garage. Those folks were wonderful and helpful. I do have a problem with reserving a truck and equipment on UHaul.com weeks before pickup, then getting my pickup location moved a day before pickup to another town 20 miles away that doesn't have the equipment reserved with the truck. If I needed to arrange this transaction locally to ensure the truck and equipment are located where I need them, then UHaul.com needs to remove its online reservation feature. I'm disappointed with the website. It's unprofessional.

Debbie is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and makes renting a pleasure. We are always in and out in no time. Will not use any other service provider again - very pleased!
