While the staff at this location tried hard----they did not no how to use the UHaul booking software (or the software is highly difficult to use)---resulting in a 1 hour experience when I was already in a hurry---why? because UHaul notified me 24 hours in advance that my pickup location had changed from one 5 min away to one that was 35 min away----just a horrible customer experience.CRAIG H.

I was over charged for gas. They gave it to me with just over a 1/4 tank and that's what I brought it back with. And they lied and said it was 2321mi on the dash but when I gave it to them it had 2309mi. I have pictures to dispute everything. This place has terrible service and is janky.Darrin D.

If I didn't see other uhaul trucks in the lot, I would not have known this was the correct place. No one offered to assist properly checking in the truck. I parked in the lot on Saturday, the truck was not officially checked in until Monday afternoon.Mark P.
This location does not have parking on site. The office smelled of cigarette smoke, which I'm not too fond of. Otherwise, the truck was very clean and in great condition. The person who helped me struggled a little bit with the internet but he was very friendly and guided me through the process well.So C.

The U-Haul website would not let me do a self-checkout. It said my GPS location was not at the rental location. After 20 minutes on hold, I was able to get customer service to check in for me. Just before I left, the location manage came out to help me. He said it happens all the time because U-Haul has an incorrect address listed for them. Please fix this.Thomas J.
Location is in dangerous area where people were walking up trying to sell me drugs. Dropped trailer and had no way to secure and had to hope to God that it wouldn't be stolen overnight until it was checked in monday.Andrew W.
Orders furniture dolly and 10 blankets and NEITHER was on the truck or available on pick-up. U-Haul changed to this from original pick up location and should be responsible enough to make sure the location has the required items one order 1 month ahead of time !!! The Truck itself had only 5/8th gas in the tank yet wehen returned filled it up fully as one cannot go back and forth filling and looking in the gauge in the cab. This experience was a disaster! I've rented many times from Uhaul and never had such a disappointing experience. We tired the pickup method with a representative present. The location had not prepared everything online so we had to call Uhaul many times and wasted almost 2 hours of our moving time trying to get the situation corrected. I had tried to contact the location all day before the rental time and they never answered. About a hour before our pick up time the location representative call and asked if I had dropped off a truck earlier- I said no we are to go pick up our truck. He was confused. If he hadn't called I would never been able to call him when things went so wrong. This was totally unessary and such an inconvenience to us. When I talk to a representative on the Uhaul 800 number I told her I felt we should reimbursed for our inconvenience and trouble. She that I need to talk to someone after the rental was completed. She was not very helpful. In general this was hands down the absolute worst move thanks to the incompetence of your location!!!!Robert P.
The 24/7 process was not easy or helpful or quick or efficient. The total price was 233$ when I reserved my truck but when i got the bill it was 270$ with tax but why would you not tell me that upfront. The gentlemen at the shop isn't in control of anything that frustrated me but this was not a pleasant experience at all.Reginald L.
