This location charged me a late fee and a gas fee. I returned the truck a couple of hours late after obtaining the okay from the person managing the location. I don't know what happened with the gasoline. I filled the truck to the same point I picked it up at and have a picture to prove it. I called the location to ask about both of these issues and they never returned my call.

Only if you are desperate this location is hard to find even with GPS and they only have 1 truck and no other equipment or dollies

Ryan H1. Location VERY hard to locate. Google maps was useless. Getting out of the business is very difficult as the road is busy. 2. Everyone was very pleasant, but the terrain was rough/tight path. Thankfully after driving over the bumpy ass roads for 1/4 mile, I stopped and significantly tighten the hitch or it would have come off. 3. Drop off was difficult, no one to help disconnect and very limited space to maneuver.

AJANI JWhole experience poor. Uhaul’s online order sent me to wrong location. Website and mobile failed to reroute me due to errors. Address for 2nd location routed to a neighborhood in Waze. Finally got truck from a long dirt road. Truck was very poor condition, had maintenance light on and very old. The specialist at the location was fine. Seems UHaul’s whole process was broken.
Charles UThe location was difficult to locate, even with Google maps and Apple maps. A note should. Be added to the location with appropriate notes. It is not the location I selected and was changed from the night prior to pickup. The truck had undocumented damage and smelled of smoke. Overall the truck was dirty.
