Visit this location. It is dirty, dangerous and absolutely a terrible experience.
Wayne BNot bad, besides being a very scummy motel. They charged $25 for cleaning out the back of the truck. From the pic sent, it's literally just a piece of tape. After such a large rental and long drive, to nickel and dime for $25 is pretty crappy and cheap. If that's going to be something that they want to charge for, the woman running the office should take the time to leave her office and look at the truck at return time. If you really need at $25 that badly for saying you swept out the back of a truck, good luck to you. But very disappointed at that level of cheapness.
Adam HTruck was clean but engine light came on while we had truck. It was convenient location in Marietta. I am glad it was in mid day because surroundings made us a little uncomfortable even during the day. Vincent was nice and tried to help us but could not print receipt and it took several hours to get the check in process to work. Fortunately, Mia in traffic was GREAT!! She helped get things resolved and handled check out process. Several times (about 5) we put in driver’s licenses and photos but the system glitched. If Mia had not handled the transaction over the phone, it probably would not have happened!!

Jasmine BBad dealer, a cheat and overcharged me fees that I’ve never been charged before. In my belief, the dealer was dishonest.
salem mThere was nothing wrong with the equipment or the location. The customer service using the Mobile Reservation was absolutely horrible. The was no customer service. Even if you call the customer service number nobody actually calls you back. If you use the text chat option they say you wil have a response in 8 minutes. In the 45 minutes it took to get my keys, I never heard a word from a single customer service representative. I will never use U-haul again.

Mella MShady hotel and not well lit around back or where we had to park it. No one at the hotel counter, just a key drop box. Person blowing off the parking lot was nice and gave us directions. Not sure if he was the hotel staff.
Kevin KThe location was ok i didn’t like that i had to park my personal vehicle in an abandoned parking lot. The truck was not well maintained at all. The steering wheel was loose cause me to Have to make constant an adjustments just to drive straight. The truck also vibrated so bad while driving even at regular highway speeds that i had to pull over many times to make sure something wasn’t wrong with a wheel or axel. I will definitely be calling to talk to them About my experience because i dont feel like they rented me a vehicle that was safe to drive on the road.
LePaul ADon't charge cleaning fees for debris that can't be controlled when walking in & out of vehicle.
Cliffton BThis location provided the truck with barely enough gas to make it to a gas station. They also do not have moving blankets etc. Staff was moderately helpful.

Rodregerous RThe owner was away when I arrived. I waited 20 minutes for him to come to the office. He tried to charge me for insurance without asking. The truck had goldfish snacks in the floorboard. I returned it clean with no goldfish yet was charged a cleaning fee. I emailed corporate but got no response. I used this location because it was open on Sunday but it was not a good experience and I will share my view with anyone thinking of renting a truck.

jim dSketchy motel parking lot with shady characters all around. Did not feel safe dropping off at night.
Jonathan TThe pickup location was a hotel. The guy had to get on the phone and I had to talk to someone else to complete the rental the guy at the hotel new nothing. Then he said I had to download my license and I told him I had already done that. Kind of crazy but finally got it done. The whole transaction was between a glass partition with his phone in a small opening.
MICHAEL LI had issues with check in. There was trash in the truck when I picked it up but I got charged for a cleaning fee. I was over charged and no one has returned my email.

Claudia Scharged $ 20.00 for returning truck early. Was told it was for "after hours return" where I failed to complete an electronic return on my cell phone. Translation: Just screwed you for making us do the paperwork on the return of OUR vehicle. Uhaul sucks! Ryder or Enterprise, here I come!!!
David NI created an online reservation/rental but the online process was not smooth. I still needed help from Travelers Motel, which they were very courteous and helpful, to complete rental and get the key. Not sure if it was something i did wrong or if the Uhaul rental app isn't working as expected.
Jon BThey overcharged us in an extra day, after-hours drop-off, and gas fees. The truck had more gas than when we picked up.
