Everything was as expected. The 5'x8' cargo trailer was clean and I inspected it myself before hooking it to my truck. The tires were in very good shape with the correct air pressure. All of the lights worked, too.

Need to have more personnel on hand, better organization. More clean and professional atmosphere would help too. Not at all like the pick up location, that one was a model for all your locations to follow!!!

I was expecting to have help from a person. I called the night before to see if I could drop off the trailer before the truck when I got into pecos. I was told on the phone when I called that pecos had no drop off locations. I was a little upset that it is only a drop off location as I had to really work with friends to get the trailer to make sure it was safe while unloading the truck. The phone service besides that was awesome help when I needed them.
