CHEYENNE W.Everything was good. The only thing that made me feel a little uncomfortable was the drop off key box I was to put the key in on Sunday was just sitting on the back porch. It wasn't attached to anything, so anyone could have came and picked it up and got in and grabbed keys to trucks. I was a little hesitant to even leave key, but didn't want to get charged for a second day. It might need to be attached to the building or porch. Other than that my experience was good. Very friendly staff!

WILLIAM C.Not the proprietors fault I think. It is a one man operation, or at least it was on that Sat. morning. It is a bicycle shop that does not open until 10:00 AM, which is late on a Sat. for moving. I had to wait for several bicycle parts patrons before being served which consisted of doing the paperwork and being told the keys are in the truck. I informed the proprietor I needed a dozen pads and had to wait while he acquired them after helping other clients; only to find a dozen pads in the truck box already. I also informed him the "change oil now" light was on. He told me that if I felt it necessary to change the oil I would be reimbursed. Because I do, I checked the oil level to assure myself it was sufficient and the level and pressure was OK to drive on, but an inexperienced person with a low oil problem may have been calling for service in the middle of the night on the interstate,
