Jason CThese folks saved the day. Luckily they showed up to their business early which helped. To explain my situation better. I had booked one location that got changed because of the size of truck that wasn’t there. They moved my reservation to another location in Portland and gave me some miles to make up for the difference. This was set up for a 24/7 pickup. I got to that location at 7:30 am. Three trucks were there, all had food or trash in them but no keys and no blankets. Tried to call the number and voicemail was full. I call the Uhaul logistics people they said that I would have to wait until they open which was noon, WHAT??, they then sent me to a location 20 miles down the road in Westmorland that opened at 9:00 am. I had hired movers showing up at 9:30 at my house which was now 40 minutes away. I had to call the movers and ask them to give me another 30 minutes because of my Uhaul situation. They accommodated even though they themselves had a tight schedule. The Westmoreland folks were so pleasant and professional. Thank you 🙏 and Uhaul corporate should pull the plug on the other folks, bad representation

ROGER LNo WiFi at location and no cell phone service. Our location got changed to this location and it was horrible experience. We drove 8 hours to pick the uhaul up got there on time and was not able to pick it up until the business opened at 10 schedule pick up was at 8. Even though it was a 24/7 pickup. The owners of the business even told us how they didn’t have phone service there either but yet it is a 25/7 pickup. Very inconvenient for us and we missed 2 precious hours with our grandkids instead we had to pick up the truck and leave so we could load up and drive back 8 hours. Horrible experience as a customer.

AUSTIN JWould definitely recommend you all to other customers. everything was great the only thing that I say could be improved with our rental was the windshield was not very clean on the inside which made it hard to see specially driving into the sun and at night

PATRICIA MUhaul in general is corrupt. When I made a reservation for a car Dolly I was told it was gonna be 40 something dollars But since they didn't have a car Dolly close to me I had to go an hour away to get one And was charged For a one way which was double the price Because I didn't want to drive the dollar all the way back to where I picked up whenever I could just drop it off down the street from where I was
