The customer service at this location was really great. I went a little out of my way to use this location because of other positive reviews and I'm glad I did. The only real downside was not being able to leave my car there while I rented a vehicle from them, but that is apparently u-haul policy so not much they can do there. They helped me check-in in person, and when the van's low tire pressure sensor came on they helped get them aired up asap. Thanks so much for all your help and I will definitely recommend this location to any friends looking for truck rentals.APRIL B.

Very good job. Robbie is a friendly guy, and the U-Haul truck was in great shape... Only downside, it burned a LOT of gas. $45 for 100 miles. That's too much!FREDERIC B.
I returned with app. I had a little trouble with the app/electronic return because it wouldn't accept some of my login information after multiple tries. I was able to use the app to return and the process was fine. We returned the truck (swept and with more gas) in better shape than we received it. Hopefully they will not charge for the dirty floormats since I wasn't able to take a photo prior to using the truck.Edward D.

Be certain that whomever is checking in a reservation that they pay attention to the reserved uhaul number so there is not mix up and thus resulting in having to wait to figure it out. The staff her was very helpful and very nice. That did figure out the problem and proceed.Mike E.

The two guys working there were awesome. They were new to the U-Haul system but very knowledgeable about the equipment and helped me set up my trailer and walked me through how to load my car myself the next day.JESSE H.
Uhaul should improve its onsite inventory process. The vehicle I rented online was not at the first location or the second location (my rental was transferred to another location). I ended up renting a van that caused me multiple trips and time.Dennis R.
