the owner WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL BUT THE TRUCK WAS NOT WELL MAINTAINED THE BRAKES WERE TERRIBLE AND WHILE TURNING ON A NARROW MOUNTAIN ROAD THEy FAILED TO GRIP AND THE VEHICLE STARTED HEADING TO THE EDGE OF A DROP OFF AND ONLY STOPPED WHEN I HAD TO SLAM IT INTO REVERSE AND HIT THE accelerator Each time you went to start the vehicle it took 4-5 times for it to start. That truck is in desperate need of maintenance Maybe I just got a bad vehicle and others were better I have rented many hauls over the years this was the scariest experience driving one

I only drive 32 miles locally smf the Oldsmobile there tried add s extra fourth off a day when it was picked up at 10am and brought back at seven o'clock the same day. And he never reimbursed the 100 dollars he charged and it not supposed to be that much.

Truck was FILTHY!!! Again! Terrible service! Again! Even if you've done everything ahead of time and checked in online it's still 45 mins or more to complete the rental while he fumbles with his cell phone. I'm done doing my U-Haul business at the Trading Post.

My online checkin became a 15 minute process in which I had to wait for the person running the store to process people when the app stated all I needed was a key. The store owner stated that I needed to sign for the insurance choice. I think the U-Haul app should note that online checkins aren't quite as fast as U-Haul makes them out to be.

The man smoked a pipe in an unventillated office. It was nauseating. The 10 foot truck I reserved was not available, so he rented me a 15 foot truck which was fine. He couldn't get his printer to work in order to print my contract or receipt.

Always a hassle renting uhauls here. Once waited 20 mins for the owner to finish his solitaire game to pickup a truck. Several times I have reserved online only to have the reservation changed by them when I pick up equipment, adding mile's because according to them there is a 50 mile minimum. ( I know it is'nt I rent uhauls quite regular) the last 26ft truck picked up there had liquid mixed with mud over half way to the front of it. I no longer pick up there I drive the extra 10 miles to the next dealer. This Dealer really needs to work on customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

Rented a 4X8 trailer. Trailer worked very well but went through a rain storm in Atlanta Ga. and some contents got wet. The seal on the door didn't seal. The door hinge also sagged and had to be lifted to secure it. Price was fair and personal were were helpful especially at end location.

First off the lady gave me a nice discount, cost me 78.00 to go from murphy to Blue Ridge ga And drop in Blairsville ga did not inspect truck she put the truck had a half a tank of fuel but it had a 1/4, and was nasty inside.but I did inspect the truck and took picks. she asked me to drop it in Blairsville George same day move and drop off. 1/9/20. On Monday I was charged 122.00 from the blairsville yard for drop off, having the truck for 3 days, fuel, maintenance charges I was told I would not incurred by the blairsville office This is not what my contract stated and is completely unreasonable and I personally am outraged by these actions. I have used uhaul so many times in my life and have never had an experience like this in my life and it still has not been fixed. I went back to the lady and she said she would fix it but did not.

The woman who works at the trading post that handled the rental was rude. She said there was a 5 dollar emissions charge and I asked what that was and her reply was "I don't know no one has ever asked." I then asked to find out and she had an attitude about it. She printed out the contract and tossed the contract along with a pen on the desk and said sign the contract. I said I would after I read it. She stood up and walked away, went out the door and told the people that came with me that I was still inside reading the contract. The place was dirty. The desk where I had to sign the contract was full of garbage and dirty. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Karen, your associate working there, was very helpful, including getting under the car carrier and hooking the chains up. My only fear enroute was 110,000 miles plus on the vehicle, and having to drive very carefully My only fear, enroute was The 110,000 miles plus on odometer, and having to drive very carefully, so as not to exceed RPMs. My partner and I prayed that she would get us there, and I'm not religious.
