My wallet was left in the chair I was sitting in. I called 3 minutes after I left, nobody was there but the lady that was tending to me. Mysteriously, my wallet “wasn't there”, and she “never saw it”, when I was sitting RIGHT IN FRONT of her, she asked for my license I pulled it out and she commented on my Chevrolet wallet. ( chevy symbol on wallet). Thankfully, I only had 80$ in my wallet and was able to cancel all my cards emmidiately. There's absolutely no doubt in my mind she took it for the money. Also, i only rented for a day and she owes me change out of $60 and mysteriously she charged me for 2 days. Bullshit, i will never use U-Haul again.

I scheduled at 12:00 noon pick-up. When I arrived there was a note on the door indicating that the employee would be right back and a phone number. I waited approx. 30 minutes and no one showed up. I had to solicit a neighboring business to use a phone. They politely called the owner for me who promptly came and completed the paperwork for my rental. The employee was very apologetic and polite. He did not know he had a noon pickup. Not sure where the communication issue was, however, I did not have a cell phone with me so couldn't call without neighbor assistance. The trailer was extremely clean, with excellent tires and looked new, although I found out upon return that the Texas licence plate expired in March 2018. My return dealer will be ordering new plates.

Be honest and advise the customer if you have the truck available that they are requesting to reserve. Uhaul website has great information, but the information is no good if you can't provide what you promise.Drop off was excellent.

I reserved a truck, and when calling to comfirm again on the day if my move, they said there was no truck available and there is nothing they can do for me. After calling customer service they told me I would have to go 20 extra miles out of my way and would not compensate me for the extra miles I had to pay for. when I asked to speak to a manager, the representative (Deandre) told me he was the manager after telling me there was no manager available. worst customer service ever!!! I will never rent a uhaul again!

They let this truck leave without the proper lights working and knew we were driving this all the way to Michigan the truck transmission shook they just wanted to get this pice if shit off their lot and they knew it Uhaul needs to refund me all my money because of the extra I had to spend on gass!!

This was over 45 minutes away, as the initial request online should have been Guignard in Sumter SC, but the trucks were lost and it took more than 21/2hrs to locate one here in Timmonsville. This snowballed into losing the moving helpers from the online site due to getting the truck after 3pm instead of 11:30am. This delayed our packing and move we had scheduled for a couple weeks. Need to know where your trucks are before offering them!

The 5'x9' trailer was in very good condition, and was perfect for hauling my motorcycle. The ramp made it a breeze to load and unload my motorcycle. The original drop off location was closed, but Jay at the Trading Post was very gracious in arranging to meet me to drop off the trailer at his location.

I rented a 26 foot truck. The truck did not have 3/4 of a tank of gas in it the air conditioner did not work. The people that i rented from said they were giving me 50 some extra miles because their place was hard to find. They listed the wrong mileage as the starting mileage so that when i got to Florida it looked like we went further than we did. I spent more time at the drop off place then i should have because of the errors of the place where i rented it. I feel that i should receive some compensation for this inconvenience. I am not 100per cent satisfied.

I reserved this trailer two weeks in advance for pickup in Hartsville. Upon arrival, the attendant informed me I would have to travel to Timmonsville to pickup, even though I had made my reservation two ahead. I was very upset and frustrated that I was first told it would be available in Hartsville, only to find otherwise. The attendant at the Timmonsville location was very helpful and courteous and I thank him for that.

Not have your customer have to go to a location far from city they live that has 3 locations to pickup. Train your new locations a little better
