zachary uTrailer tires were fully inflated at time of receipt but one needed to be inflated as it appeared to have a slow leak at the valve stem or bead seal. Other than that my rental was great!

Daniel NI was lied to twice and feel like I was forced to rent the auto transport trailer... Your reps changed the price 3 different times....Made my car buying experience suck and on top of it all I had to drive a extra 30 some odd miles to go get the trailer that was suspose to be there not very happy about this... Hey you live and learn...p

THOMAS BThe return process is absolutely horrible. It was not the location's fault. It's uhaul itself. The return online check out would not recognize my location & I couldn't move forward with the online return. I was charged an additional day rental & insurance for a truck sitting in the parking lot. I attempted to call, chat & email for 5 hours with not a single contact made. I am soooo incredibly disappointed with uhaul. This was a $1000 move & I have been treated like I dont exist. I swear I will never use uhaul again even if it means I pay more somewhere else. And, the movers I booked through uhaul were terrible. I have plenty of damaged property due to them. Other than the pick up location which was wonderful, this whole process has been awful, frustrating & time wasting. Shame on you Uhaul.
Kenneth SThe pick up location should be able to inform you on your drop off location on a one day, one way rental. In my case they could not. I had to receive drop off location via text message later(while driving) from Uhual.
jon gThere was not a ladder in the back of the truck, that would have been highly useful and I had to lift everything into the back of the truck.
Susan GDespite the fact that I received 3 separate emails confirming my reservation after I made it, (not to mention talked to 2 separate representatives who confirmed it on the phone)they had the trailer double booked when I arrived to pick it up. They were not going to let me take the trailer and I stood there for 45 minutes talking them into it.

Tara CThe latches on the back door were frozen then the door itself was frozen shut. I know the weather was crazy but took me 30 minutes to get it open. Otherwise no complaints.
