Although the representative was very helpful and nice, I specifically declined the SafeMove $15 insurance twice online, and when I went to go pick it up I noticed on my drop off receipt that the agent added the $15 SafeMove insurance which I did not need. I was doing a move with a total of miles and didn't see the value of it. I paid 30% more for SafeMove than my actual mileage. Customer care said I authorized the charge which i denied twice but it was later added by the rep. Not cool

Stephen KIt wasn't the location I asked for but it wasn't too inconvenient. A little tough to get a large truck in & out, as it's a very small parking lot. But the employee was super friendly and gave clear explanations. It was a very pleasant experience with him. The truck worked great.
Christian EI made an online reservation only 3 hour prior to the time that I wanted the truck. So, I was surprised when I arrived 10 minutes early and the truck was ready and waiting for me. The employee was very knowledgeable and got me on my way very quickly. The same employee was working when I dropped it off and again was very prompt and curtious.
DARREN DZac is amazing! I needed a last minute truck rental to transport items from Lowe's. It was 10 minutes until u-Haul office closed. Zach was very positive and did not complain at my showing up at closing time. He had the truck ready to go. I appreciate it his great customer service and welcome to meet attitude. I wish more people were like him.

Kim LI left a couple of TV stand legs in the Uhaul I rented(small ones). The lady called me and said she would hold on to them. I went in several times during business hours and they were never in the office the number it said to call on the door so someone could go to the office they never picked up. I finally went again this week and waited for someone to get there because again it was during business hours and they were closed. After waiting someone showed up the man could not find my TV stand legs, he said come back tomorrow and ask the lady. I called to make sure they were there. The lady was rude said they cannot find them they probably threw them away. I told her I went several times and they were never there during business hours. She said they were there for a long time. A long time is more than 30 days and it was not past that time. She said that I should of not of left them, I obviously did not leave them on purpose and I told her don't people forget things somethings? She said yeah but I do not know what to tell you. I will never rent from them. She is the rudest!!! everywhere holds on to lost and found item minimum 30 days and they can check their cameras and see how many times I went!!!

Corey MWe dropped the truck off after hours so we didn't interact with staff at the drop off location. The U-Haul after hours drop off website took extremely long to load to the next screen so we were there for almost forty minutes. The picture upload failed for several attempts because the .jpg was not supported. I don't know how that's possible considering it's the only way to upload a photo.

Haley MI rented a U-Haul from my storage facility. From the moment I got the truck the employees husband was very rude. I talked with U-Haul directly and extended my rental through the weekend. The storage facility then called me with attitude asking why I extended through U-Haul. I explain to her that U-Haul had called me and gave me the option. Upon returning the rental truck it was very late at night almost early morning, because I work late, The employees husband bombarded me out of nowhere calling me names (thief is the one that bothered me most) I explain to him that I had to keep the track a few extra days lI depend on other people to help since my husband passed away I am now a single mother of five and my schedule can change instantly. He then mocked me saying "poor me" . This was 3 a.m.

Dave GI checked the unit back in via the app. It asked if there was a problem with the brakes to which I replied yes. I thought there would be a field. It was the parking brake. It seemed to be inoperable. It could have been I didn't push it enough or it is a problem. I ended up calling and waiting on hold to let and agent know. It was awkward but I'm all about safety. If there was a box when someone said yes to something like that it would be helpful OR an immediate follow up email with the close of the bill. 路♂️

Merry Lthe uhaul drove terribly, the steering was completely off, making it scary to drive the ac would shut off and not cool down. the ramp was a pain. I told the person when I returned the vehicle and I feel like i should get a discount cause I was terrified to drive this rental.
