Friendly service and very helpful.

The truck I rented had an ammunition box with bullets inside. This box was left inside the truck box bed when I opened to put my personal items in it was discovered. When I return the truck I told the uhaul manger about it and he took care of the ammunition box and bullets.

The inside was so dirty, there was soda spill and dirt, it smelled like chicken. Over all the truck work fine.

Truck ignition was hard to turn and it would take several minutes each time I started it

It took over a half hour to check in electronically with my phone and pushed our whole moving schedule back. It took forever to authorize. The $19 a day advertising is very deceiving. We only did one trip 20 minutes away and back and ended up spending almost $100. Not the bargain I was expecting.

The passenger door would not close flush and when we dropped the truck off the back pull down door would not close so we spend 47 minutes waiting for roadside assistance to answer and when she did she just told me to leave it that way.

Guy in front was good guy fun to chat with explained things clearly was good with time it took no problems at very good service

I had an unfortunate experience with my original rental when my online rental was cancelled and given to another customer while I was in the middle of the online reservation process. Once my reservation was transferred to the new location they were amazing and took great care of me.

Enabling the use of booking a truck online was great and a time saver. Thanks I'll use this service again.

Small parking lot, nowhere to park your car or really difficult to turn around if being dropped off

They charged me $9 for 2 gallons of fuel when I took the vehicle with three quarters of a tank I brought it back on the full line which was more than it was when I took it I do not feel I should be charged for fuel when I brought it back Fuller than it was when I took it I not use this place again I'll definitely not recommended to anybody

Easy to get to, rep knew what to do and got me out quickly.

Nothing really, it went pretty smooth and easy, this is my first time self check out though was going to be harder I love it, I'll do the same in the future

I was very satisfied with the rental experience. The only thing I could recommend is maybe having another computer there to help multiple customers instead of one at a time.

I only used the truck for around 4 hours. I wish there were an option for hourly rental, or an incentive to bring it back before the 24 he mark. Outside of that, it's great, i appreciate the convenience it provides.

We were scheduled to pick up at the nearest u haul, but an hour before, they changed the location which is 7 miles further. That's 14 extra miles we wound up paying for that was unnecessary. That's an Xtra 14 dollars. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you for the prompt service.

Battery was dead so I had to make a second trip to pick it up. Luke was great to work with.

I used the 800# to order the rental and the agent was very unprofessional and aggressive, to my relief when I got to Towne Storage the lady at the desk was very kind and helpful. I was so grateful. I highly recommend them for your rental, just make sure to call direct. :)

The Sirius XM didn't work at all and there was no way to activate it so we couldn't use the aux hookup

The interior of the cab smelled like rotten meat.

Let customers know beforehand that the blankets and trolley is for a charge if used.

The rental clerk did not explain the finer points of different trucks. The 10 ft has no ramp and you are charged by the mile. Not so 15 ft truck. ??

I am receiving an emai from you saying i have not returned the vehicle. Is this a joke? Don't you guys have cameras in front of your store that would record when i returned it? Did you not find the keys inside the office and the van parked where i was ibstructed to park it?!!

The Guy I spoke to on the phone told me it was 17 cents a mile the guy at the location said it was 99 cents. He also said he was sent an email with the total when we returned the truck but never did. Is this a way to charge more without us knowing? This location seemed very shady and I will not go back.

I can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me when I came in but he was very courteous and helpful. Will definately rent again when needed.

Great service, associate looked for an upgrade in a different location when I realize the 10 Ft truck does not have a ramp. Return easy and fast.

Everything was fine until drop off. I did not receive good instructions on returning the truck after hours. I couldn't get the app or the website to work. Ended up having to spend 30 mimutes on the phone with customer service. Also, I filled the gas tank when I was done and it cost me $25 so unless the truck gets less than 5 miles to the gallon it was not full when I picked it up....

We were disappointed that the lock didn't work. We had to buy our own

Luke is an AWESOME site manager and very pleasant to deal with. When I knew I needed to rent a U Haul I had no second thoughts about where I'd go to get it.

The lady help correct a location error, however I am being billed a gas charge in spite of having filled the truck up and I have the receipt. This is fraud in my opinion and leaning to not use U HAUL again after something like this.

The mileage kills ya; otherwise it was good.
