Christine was extremely nice and understanding. We were running a bit behind unloading our things from the U-Haul in to our storage unit. Thankfully our storage unit is at the drop off location. She stayed after to ensure we didn’t have any further questions or need additional help. She had cold bottles of water for us as well! She was an absolute gem!

Roman BVerify all lights are working properly before renting a truck out, especially when I had to do mobile pickup instead of being able to pick up in person like I had asked for in my original reservation. Uhaul changed my reservation and pickup location, charged me more for it when they said they wouldn't, then gave me a truck with a headlight out when I had to drive across the state and part of the drive was in the dark.
Kristan RTruck was filthy, had a broken mirror, had an engine light that was on, was told it was related to the gas cap and shouldn’t cause a problem. No other trucks available.

Christine was very thorough explaining the rental process, addressed all my questions, and went over the truck making sure everything was ok. As a retired business owner it is always nice to see an employee who goes above and beyond and Christine demonstrated that quality.

David LRated average because even though the staff was great...I didnt like your customer service policy where there is NO coverage during lunch time...I had an incident while every one was at lunch and i had to wait til someone else came along to help (20-25 mins later)...please change this policy where THERE IS some coverage. James PTrailer was extremely dirty inside and out. On my pre-trip inspection, I found one tire with very low tire pressure. It was at 25 PSI. I had to inflate it to the recommended pressure. Both of these items should have been addressed prior to my rental. I should charge a cleaning and maintenance fee to UHaul.

Dan BThe location was excellent however, we had a very poor experience with this rental. Our pickup location was changed several times, including the morning of our move. We had to drive 30 minutes, instead of 10 minutes, to get the truck. We were also delayed in getting the vehicle. Instead of picking up at 8am, we were told the revised location didn’t open until 10. It actually opened at 9. We had to ask our movers to rearrange their arrival time since we didn’t have the vehicle as originally arranged. The final insult was the truck was on empty when we picked it up. U-Haul charged us .89/mile and forced us to drive extra miles to get the truck. This was a poor experience. No disrespect to the staff at the pickup/drop off locations. They were awesome. Would I recommend U-Haul? Not with a glowing review. Moving is stressful as it is, but it was made more so based on our experience.
Craig MWe rented from SoCal to Vegas for a 3day rental. On day 2 we got to Vegas and the house we were supposed to move in fell thru and we were basically stranded. We called and Uhaul accommodated us by extending the rental until we found a place. THANK YOU SO MUCH! John

JOHN TI specifically asked for a certain location when I was speaking to the gal on the phone. I said I wanted the uhaul right next to my storage unit, even googled the address to make sure it was the correct spot. Got there and the guy said “I can’t find you” I told him my name my phone number etc… find out the gal on the phone put my phone number backwards. He said we have a 20’ truck. We go out there and the catalytic converter is stolen. Only 3 trucks at the location. I tell him I have movers coming to the storage unit at 11am. I got there at 9am. I then say just let me use the shorter bed. He writes up the contract ask for cc run my cc, then he calls his boss and tells him I’m gonna let her have the shorter truck. Boss says no, you can’t. It’s reserved. This goes on till 10:15. He tells me the location that they have you for originally, one that was at the wrong location has a 20’ truck. He gives me the print out and I go there. A place shared with a storage company. I walk in flustered and I try to tell her what happened and that I have to be back at the storage unit because I have movers waiting for me. She tells me I don’t have your name or you in my computer, there’s not even one sent to me. I show her the reservation number on the print out that I have and she says to me “ma’am I’m trying to help, you don’t need to be upset at me” no I’m sorry about what has happened, no don’t worry about it let’s see what we can do. I do understand you have people meeting you so I will try as fast as I can. She gets an attitude tells me she’ll go get my truck, asks for cc again, I ask I just gave a cc to the last place, what are they going to do with that $65 he rang up? She just tells me I don’t know. Instead of saying let’s find out I can call them if you’d like and see if he’s going to decline that or not nothing like that at all no assistance no comforting no reassurance no help basically. When I came back to return the truck I did apologize to her and she says to me well it wasn’t my fault you didn’t have to get all mean to me still no I am sorry for the miscommunication or anything. I am gonna invest my money in movers with their truck instead of using U-Haul ever ever again and I have used U-Haul a few times now used it coming from Alaska to Las Vegas used it to move different locations but I am done I am done especially after this experience!
Anita KProvide parking for your customers. I reserved for 24 hours but had to keep the truck for a fraction of the time due to no parking allowed.

MARGARET JStephanie who works at the Henderson uhaul needs a reminder that all customers should be treated the same. She was friendly to a group from Canada but gave us attitude and offered us very little attention or help. Sign on door said she would be back from lunch at 1:20, but did not return til 1:50 even though she could see that we were waiting.

We had such a good experience when we returned our rental after our move at the beginning of November, that we also chose this location to rent a storage unit and rent an additional truck. Stephanie is so friendly and helpful. She is our main reason to keep coming back. Also, the storage unit is spotless and very secure. Just great all the way around!

ANDREA C1. Allow customers to extend the rental time through the website or app. 2. When booking through your website it changes the location and sometimes the equipment without any notification or reason. If you change the pickup location because they don't have something, such as a dolly, then tell me that they don't have it and that I can change to another location that has one. Instead, your website will just change the location during the checkout. Sometimes I don't see the location was changed, other times I see it is the wrong location so I go back and start over again and run into the same issue all over again.
