Very good service
MIGUEL CThey were very helpful. He did charge for insurance when we did not discuss this. I reserved it online and chose not to get insurance.

GRANT BI had a problem with how long I had this truck. This gentleman did everything he could to calm me down. He solved the problem and was great. Everything was 100% my fault and he was calm and calmed me down. Yes I would recommend him to anyone.

William HThe U haul closest to me did not have what I wanted to rent yet there was nothing on the internet that showed that. When I went there, the store was closed with a phone # to call. My cell phone was at home charging and so I had to go back home and call. I was told I would need to go to another location which I did but because you charge $1.29 per mile it cost me 7-8 dollars more than if the original place would have had the truck. Also we are lured in by the cheap 19.95 ad for four hours but by the time I paid the reimbursement for mileage and gas I was paying about $98. The location I went to was fine with how they handled things, it's just your overall costs that I am complaining about, nothing to do with the location I went to except it was farther away than my local place and so my costs were more.
BRENT MI did not receive the 2 mattress storage bags I ordered, and I was charged an extra day that I did not use.

William BI am very frustrated with the fact that I even picked up this truck at this location. This is not where I rented it from and I had to drive over there after going to the first place, which I actually rented it from and they sent me to the second location and then they did not have the utility dolly so I had to go to a third location. This was absolutely the worst U-Haul rental I've ever had. I do want to say that the Logan who was working was nice enough but he wouldn't let me leave the dolly there when I tried to return the truck.

Eunice RI have used Uhaul for years but after this experience Never Again ! My complaints are too numerous to detail.
Cynthia SI arrived at my original location and my truck was not ready for me. They closed up shop and left me without a key. I was forced to go to a different location and rent a different truck which sent me back about an hour in my move. All the while, my movers were standing waiting around.

Michael KFirst off, the drop off location that was listed on my contract would not take the truck because "they can't fit a truck that size on their lot". Said location told me to go drop off at the 11297 Redwood Rd location as they have the size to accommodate a 20' truck. Upon trying to drop off at the 11297 Redwood Rd location, I was told "we don't take one way rentals". After bargaining with the person at the front desk, they finally allowed me to drop off the vehicle. Didn't know I'd have to beg to drop off a truck at a uhaul location. Given this experience, I will likely consider not using uhaul for my moving needs in the future.
Doug PEverything was great, except that the windshield, and the rearview mirrors were both very dirty — so visability was poor
KENT NI reserved multiple dollys and moving blankets. They had nothing but did not tell me until I arrived to pick up the truck. The move could have been much easier with a little advanced notice.

Daniel SBe very careful when renting from U-Haul. This location is excellent but U-Haul itself should not be trusted. I used the truck for a total of 8 miles, put in a gallon of gas just to make sure I was covered, and returned the truck. U-Haul then charged me just under $29 for 5 gallons of gas. I have all the pics as well as the U-Haul receipt showing 8 miles of use. Total scam!

NICOLE SHad to use the app since they couldn't add another driver without them being present. Started the process then went home to finish since they said I could add him in the app because he was at the house and I would have his information. After adding the first driver it didn't give me the option for a second so I left it deciding to call U-Haul. Then next morning went to pick up the truck and got on the app and now it had passed picking up the truck and only showed returning the truck. Had to wait for them to open to get the key.

Darren BSuggest traffic direction for pick up and turn around in the facility parking lot. The trucks need space to maneuver...and I didn't realize it was a circle drive that could be driven either direction. Be sure customers who will return vehicles after hours are aware that they will need to download and use the app. Returning the truck took much longer, waiting for the app to download and then respond. I had to drive back to the truck to take photos (lighting prevented capturing anything worth while) and I was alone, at night. That would be helpful to know at the time of rental. I went inside the store to pick up the truck/keys. I returned after hours. I'm certain this must happen to other customers.

Carlos RIt is too bad there isn't a better process in place to rent clean vehicles. I bought Clorox wipes and used 5 of them to wipe down a very dirty cab. I bought 3 pack of air fresheners to eliminate a horrible smell inside the van. I ended up using all 3 at once and you could still detect an odor. The prior renter must have had an animal in the cab, there was h Pet hair all over both seats. This is the second time in 3 weeks I have rented a dirty van from this location. I only returned to it because a van wasn't available closer.

Joshua KQuick booking. They have availability on short notice. I picked up just after they opened at 8, basically dropped the keys and had an emailed receipt. Smooth transaction and had great customer service, early in the morning and when lines were already starting to form. Jamie (not sure the spelling) specifically was kind and helpful.

CULLEY DLocation is hard to get to if your driving south on Redwood road.
Joyce CWoman at front desk was rude/condescending, spoke negatively about other staff, and provided incorrect information about the vehicle. Site is very inconvenient and requires customers to park in the fire lane. I'll definitely not use this location in the future.
Walter SThe person checking me in was excellent! However, the windshield of the truck was cracked down in the middle. I think that was dangerous.
ROSIE CExtremely friendly and helpful service. The biggest issues was the drop off location was not possible to drop off after hours so I had to return to the pickup location and calling to sort that out was very difficult.

Jose SWhen I picked up the truck it had 119 miles left in the gas tank when I dropped it off it has over 140 miles in the gas tank. They charged me a gas fee. Unacceptable!

Barbara CI'm so bad with names but the woman that helped me was so kind and I absolutely would drive down to this location to rent from her specifically. This was my first time renting a moving truck but she was very warm and kind.

Jeni OThe lady helping me was miserably unhappy? Why ? Upon returning the vehicle tried to charge me for the dolly I didn't request and damages I didn't cause to the dolly. Nickel and dime to death. Don't mind paying but unpleasant service ridiculous!!!
DEREK DGreat experience working with the front desk, when I dealt with the woman in the lot in attempt to conduct a vehicle inspection it was a terrible experience. The woman was demeaning and absolutely no help whatsoever! Ruined my otherwise good experience.
Brian WThe truck had dried mud inside when I picked it up. When I reported it for the second time at drop off, the app charged me $25. I changed my report because I wasn't the one who left it dirty and there wasn't a way for me to say that.
