The regional office was unprofessional and the supervisor I spoke to laughed at me when confirming my pickup location because the website had guaranteed Saratoga Springs. We made a reservation for 130 and when we got there the worker was at lunch. Had to wait 45 min and when he got there he did not seem to know what was going on. During the wait I called customer service who did a great job. The experience at the location was lacking though.Josue L.

Was charged for a policy I didn't request and a dolly that I didn't use. Equipment was not checked in properly before sending me out with and I got charged for a dolly. Called the location to fix the problem and was told nothing can be done. Will never go to this location ever again.Eleazar R.

Your site took quite a while to recognize my location through my phone when I went to pick up the truck and kept saying I was in the wrong location. Eventually it worked and it synched with the gps on my phone, but it was a waste of my time. Also, when I dropped off the truck, even though I drove under 2 miles in total, the site wanted to charge me $12 for gas. These little annoyances made my experience more stressful than it had to be and will make me think twice (or thrice) before using uhaul again.Alessandro S.

The truck inspection should really happen before the clock starts ticking. I was instructed to do that only after I signed the papers. The truck had two problems which took time for acknowledgment. I ended up paying for two hours instead of one, which is what I actually used.SHEC L.

The UHAUL Team were very professional, helpful, and accommodating. They wasted no time in assessing my needs and helping me find the right vehicle for my move. Jayce (I believe the local mgr of the storage units) was at the location and was very helpful! I was trying to do the on-line check in and the system was not allowing me and giving me a ton of issues and taking way too long. Jayce was able to check me in, get the process done in under 2 minutes. U-Haul needs to review there on-line process and re-vamp it. The customer service on-line was non-responsive and wouldn't answer the one question I asked.JASON B.

I was bumped from picking up at this location by UHaul, and I called this location to make alternate arrangements. They accommodated me with a similar truck, saving me from driving an extra 16 miles! I forgot my dog leash in the van, and they retrieved it for me. Very good customer service.Robert B.

The worker at the office nearly attacked me for not wearing a mask. It was crazy and ridiculous. Very poor impression was left on me. He acted fearful aggressive and almost psychotic unbelievablePaul M.
The truck could have used some maintenance and cleaning. One tire was low and had no tread. Would be fine for in town moves but mine was over 700 miles. Just selecting more appropriate equipment for each situation.Cindy C.

I was charged $175 and $68 for a bill that was $111. They have no record of that but my bank does. They wont even try to give me any sort of reason, just says " that's not what our records show" but I have proof from my bank. Young kids who dont care. Just ridiculous.Angela H.

I needed the truck for more time and it already had another reservation for it. The gentleman I talked to at this location bumped the other reservation and let us keep the truck a day longer and only charged us another day for it. I was SO grateful. We would've had to completely unload the truck and reload it onto another truck without his help. They were wonderful to work with.Colin J.

The Car I rented has broken mirror. Also the new customer website is terrible .very hard toconnect with it. I expend too much time try to send the info required. Even the person in the desk has problems and says "the website is veey slow and always has problems"Jorge A.
Please state in the description of your vehicles which ones come with a ramp on them. I rented a larger u-haul vs a cargo van thinking that the u-haul had a loading ramp (it did not) which was a little frustrating. Otherwise the service and everything else was excellentAlejandra A.
Overall my experience was perfect. The only issue I had was I reserved an appliance dolly in my reservation and when I went to pick up the truck, there was not one available. The customer service rep apologized and gave me an alternate address if I wanted to go pick one up. He accommodated the issue. I would rent again from Towne Storage Riverton.Brett G.

from the minute I requested a truck I got bounced around from location to location via text and email. I had to go a long way to pickup a truck. Granted it was the weekend and I waited too long to reserve a truck so that's on me. BUT when I returned the truck to the same location I picked it up from the guy FORGOT to check in the truck so then I'm getting emails sayin where's the truck. The Lady that helped me straighten this our was fantastic she new her job to a T. so thank you to her for her help, I give her a 5 star but NOT the location I got the truck fromRory B.

The customer service person stated that I would receive a credit on the bill and when I returned the vehicle (early), and then asked about it he said he misquoted.
