Your self check in process is TERRIBLE! Using android, when I rotate my phone for a landscape photo the screen goes black, even when I rotate my phone back. Also, the bar code reader for the driver license did not work. I had to go into the store, and the manager at the desk took another 15 minutes trying to get it to work on his side.

I felt bait and switched. I ask for the 10 foot. They gave me the 15 foot I asked why I couldn’t get the 10 foot and was told that it was rented to someone else. I then found out that the 15 foot didn’t have plates. The representative then had to call U-Haul who told them to let me rent the 10 foot. I took it immediately over to the tire shop because the tire maintenance light was on. Air was put in the tires but the light never went off. It was a rainy day. The windshield wipers were broken and the driver’s side wiper kept flipping over to the driver’s side window I would have to roll down the window and place it back over the front window to exit the vehicle.

MICHAEL QTowne Storage was extremely good to work with. The original location I reserved a van at not so much. It would be nice to receive a call before driving to the location to pick up the van if there is not the right size van available. I reserved a 20’ van and was told they had one for me. Upon arrival this was not the case. Ended up wasting a lot of time and having to pay for extra miles that were out of my way because of this inconvenience. In total it was an extra 35 miles that I had to pay for.

Luke LFuel gage on vehicle shows empty. However there is no low fuel warning light illuminated. I drove the vehicle only 10 or 12 miles and put circa 5 Gallons of fuel back into the vehicle, but the gage still shows empty. I brought this matter to the attention of the staff (Terry) who said "not to worry about it."
