When I arrived Towne Storage on Buffalo at 9AM a man stared at me with an annoyed look and in a very rude tone asked... Can I help you? I explained that I had a reservation for 9am to rent a truck. He then very rudely said I just got to work so I need a few minutes and my truck isn't even here yet. I will never pick up from this location again. Luckily when I dropped the truck off at 1pm there was an extremely nice employee who worked for uhaul. I have never been treated so poorly before this.Heather G.

Hello, While my experience for Res #24166691 time was great I unfortunately didnt get the vehicle as guaranteed on the website for my first reservation 24142853. I was sent to a different location and their vehicle had a problem so for my first reservation 24142853 was cancelled and i had to change all my plans and made a second reservation 24166691. The website said guaranteed reservation but it was not guaranteed.Karthikeyan P.

There is no communication at all. I thought I was paying for a day. I paid $53 for only 3 hours. It's almost impossible to move heavy furniture in a uhaul in under 3 hours. They also kept harassing me after I turned in the keys for it saying they haven't gotten the keys, when I handed the keys over to the front desk. I will never be using you again.BRIANNA LEIGH H.

The online process was a nightmare and when someone called my contact for reference my stepmother could hardly understand them. She thought she was being scammed, especially when they asked her if she would accept responsibility to pay if I didn't. I supplied a copy of my driver's license and accepted all responsibility, this was never an issue before when I rented from U-Haul! I'm not sure I'd go to you again if this doesn't change! Thankfully the staff at the location were incredible and got me squared away quickly and I made it to my pick up destination just before they closed or else I'd have lost all of my furniture for at least two weeks when I'm supposed to be moving on Monday.Matthew M.
