Truck needs engine maintenance. Squeals when driving at times and then quiets down for long periods of time. May be transmission or motor or drivetrain. But overall, the truck did its job and allowed me to move my entire house of 3000 SF and stuff for 8 people from one house to the new house. Thanks UHaul!

ANGELINA RThe truck rented needs maintenance. There was a really hard and loud grinding noice when you applied the brakes while in reverse. It felt unsafe to drive.
CARLOS RTold the lady 8 hours ahead I need to extend my rental, and the app let me extend my rental for 3 hours, I just wanted to extend it for another 24 hours since I’m gonna pay the same. I just want to let them know as well but instead, she said there was no option and insisted I bring back the truck, she said there’s family needed the truck but I called the Customer Service and Rental Department and said there was no reservation for the day on this location. She even asked me why can’t bring back the truck and told me that it was not her problem if I can’t keep the contract and asked me what about the family who gonna rent the truck after me and told me I’m causing inconvenience to her. I told her the app letting me extend so what she saying doesn’t make sense then she said “Oh my computer just didn’t refresh “ and then she told me she’s gonna extend it but I would better bring the truck back with an angry voice and hang up the phone while I’m talking. I called the other location nearby to complain and try to get her name. VERY RUDE, I believe she should be terminated in this case.

ron sWish the online would have worked and that I didn't need to go into the office. Truck ran rough. Couldn't tell if something was off the engine or the transmission. Glad I was not driving very far with it. Facility handles truck rentals better than storage unit rentals, however they manage the storage units so badly it leaves a bad taste on the truck rentals too. As a Uhaul place, it was an average experience, but the question is about the location over all.
Carly BI liked this location a lot and even though they couldn't help me with the issue their attitudes were pleasant.

JULIE JWell I originally was overcharged $165 for a four hour rental. Got a refund of $110 with several confirmations for that, and then that refund got taken back out of my account. Not good business what so ever. Employees need to pay better attention when handling peoples bank account information.

Marco VI was worried that when I reported a strange sound coming from outside the driver's window (at the wheel maybe) that I was going to be blamed and charged. No charge has occurred, so I'm very happy. Also the lady at the counter went above and beyond. And the return was simple. The key drop off was a little hard to find, but not that bad. I thought it would be attached to the building. No biggie. You were great!

Miguel AI called and did the online chat to make sure I get my final bill but I got it yesterday with tons of false charges. Now, I am taking time to get this resolved.
Mhansi PTruck was in good running condition except the exterior needed to be washed. Frankly, it didn't bother me, it ran real good and the interior was clean. The drivers side door seemed loose even when I closed it hard. But as long as I had my seat belt on, I'm not falling out the loose door. The staff worker was nice and he explained everything to me. Nice young man!
SEAN SI was overcharged for gasoline. I picked up the truck with only a quarter of a tank and brought the truck back with the same quarter tank. I was charged about $75.00 for fuel. I was told I would get a call back the following day, and never received that call. I was put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on. Tried again and was told someone would get back to me within 48 hours. We will see.

Oscar SGate code wouldn’t work no one from the location called me back for 3 hours. On hold with uhaul for 2 hours trying to find a way in but they couldn’t find my information. Worst rental and storage experience I have ever had.
Bert FI got charged for a second day even though I returned it 5 mins BEFORE my time was up. I told them and it is STILL NOT FIXED.
Michael FWe did a mobile pickup, which worked fine. The Uhaul itself however should never have been sent out on the road. A better job needs to be done in terms of inspecting and prepping vehicles for the customers.
