Something was wrong with the system and we couldn't check in with the app, and then went inside and the system took a really long time. Finally someone had to fix the problem over the phone. The truck was good once we finally got it though.Malinda M.

I returned the truck on time, gas filled, and within their business hours. However, a charge of $45.30 was deducted from my credit card without my authorization. And, they weren't even in the office at the time. Seems like a license to steal on top of poor service. I want this charge credited.Tom H.

It took us over an hour to get our truck rented it was a joke. We thought the mobile order would work great and make it fast no it sucked. Your people took 15 mins in between chat to write us back. I'll never go to this location again. Or use the mobile deviceErik J.

Their computers took forever. I had already pre-checked in and paid for it, and it took almost 45min to simply verify the info and get the keys. They were friendly and it wasn't the employees' fault, but I would avoid that place until they get computer upgrades.Alice B.

The tank was COMPLETEY empty but I didn't realize until I pulled out and then I had to find a gas station immediately bc the tank was way past the empty mark and I thought I would run out of gas. But the paperwork I signed said it had a 1/4 tank so I had to return it with that much and in the 26' truck that's probably $20 that I should not have paid but bc I signed the contract I basically got ripped off and then couldn't do anything about it. Also, the truck made a horrible sound while you were driving andnthe noise only stopped while you were depressing the break. The attendant was rude and did not know the prices of anything. It was a very bad experience.April T.

The attendant was unprofessional and not helpful. We had to hook our own trailer, and he expected us to unhook it as well until we asked for his assistance. Very disconnected in spite of the non-existent business going on at this location. He did not represent U-haul as we've experienced in the past.JONATHAN M.
My husband was called a liar and made to feel as if he were a thief - I too am in a service industry in the same area and will be sure to share this very unprofessional experience with anyone needing your product and that will happen often due to my business being real estate. Also, there is another choice nearby that may know better customer service. We build a career based on repeat business and this experience was everything we are taught not to say or do! The man did not do anything that was supposed to be done. He did not do the walk through, the truck we received had beer cans and trash in the back, he did not give of proof of insurance, and he lied and told us that we would get our deposit back whenever we dropped off the truck at any location.TINA H.

We were never able to speak to someone via phone, got voice mail message that was very hard to understand. National U-Haul customer service told us the location opened at 8 a.m.; when we arrived at 9 a.m., no one was there, door was locked, no lock box in sight. Had to call Customer Service and get instructions to leave truck(hard to find area to park it, very small and congested parking area)and leave keys and paperwork under seat and door unlocked.pat V.
Twice I had the back rollup door jamb when the latch got caught above opening, first time took 20 minutes to free without tools. Need a better solution.Sean D.

The guy there told me he could not help connect the trailer to the truck, and never even offered to check the lights or to be sure it was connected properly.JIM B.
I was told when I picked up the U-Haul that I needed to have the tank at least 1/4 from where it was when I picked it up. I returned the U-haul about a little more than 1/4 from where it was when I picked it up and was charged 42.00 to replace less than 1/4 tank of gas!!! The people with whom I dealt had no idea whether or not I needed the tow lights on the back of my vehicle in tow (as it says in the book). If I had it to do over again I would not use or recommend this service to anyone. The people had no clue what they were talking about.ASHLEY U.
The place was pretty run down. Outside of the very small uhaul sign at the road. The outer room was completly empty while the office was the size of a shoebox. Nothing indicated it was a uhaul location.LIZABETH H.
This guy had no idea he was doing what he was doing. First, when he was trying to check us out on the computer he had to call the customer service line to get help on it. Then he forgot our blankets. THEN, as we were putting our car on the dolly and reading the instructions it said we needed detachable lights on my car, which he didnt tell us about so we spent 3 hours on the phone with 4 uhaul locations trying to track some down. Then, 3 days into our trip we got into a car accident. We call the uhaul claims dept. only to find out that the guy didnt give us the correct ins THAT WE ASKED FOR and we weren't covered!JESSICA R.
