Everyone was very nice. I was greeted by Betty and treated as if we were old friends! Place was neat and clean.

Electronic pickup process is terrible! 1. Requirement for two contacts, passport or other proof is ridiculous and rude. Takes too long. The person/people that called my wife and daughter were brisk and rude, hanging up as soon as they got needed info. 2. Interfacing with camera was challenging, mine was linked to chrome not safari.

Truck was very clean in back, but cab was not particularly clean, and it reeked of smoke

Ms. Lindler was awesome and did everything she could do to make my experience better for the original location I selected (Sara framed art -2604 main st Newberry sc ) was a no show even though I had a reservation. This cost me more money and time.
